We came here for a pub quiz on a Thursday night. It's a tiny place but it's got a cozy and warm feeling. There's an outdoor area in the back as well. There is not a lot of food, but it is inventive, especially the Fries around the World. The quiz itself is alright but there's no TV screen for the questions so it makes a different experience (some people might like that). The staff was really friendly and helpful.

awesome expereince, beautiful interier, a lot of seating capacity. Wide choice of beers, staff are execellent. on a quite street, and you may find a bit difficult to find out parking on busy days.

Nice local pub with good beer selection. One may have had beer line issues, but not familiar enough with the beer to say for sure.

Good atmosphere and great bar snacks and lots of different beers to try.

I absolutely love this pub, mainly because of the wings night :) where else can you find such an amazing selection of wings and fries. The craft brew selection is pretty good and there is something for everyone.

Great coffee. Love having my smoke out yhe back. Kind staff.

After a long day of work there was nothing better than turning up to flight 605 to hear live music, very warm and inviting.<br/>We had crispy chicken burgers and Canadian fries, delicious to say the least. Our plates sent back empty <br/>

Cute little bar with a small but enjoyable outdoor area. Decided to visit this place because they had an American Diner style promotion on for the weekend. I loved the pizza fries, I’ve never had anything like, they managed to make fries even better! The fries that came with the burgers were so super crispy and salted perfectly. Burger tasted homemade and satisfied my craving. Would visit again in future if more themed events pop up!

Went there for their American pop up special and had the fried chicken, mac and cheese and the cheese burger. We drank the murica pale ale which was amazing. Although they lost our order, the owner very kindly wiped the bill so we didn't have to pay for anything. Top notch customer service, highly recommended!!

Small and warm place with friendly staff. My friend wanted a screwdriver but they didn't have any juice so I told them not to worry about but they insisted on it so that was nice. <br/><br/>The drinks and snacks are good.  They have a wide variety of craft beers.<br/><br/>Working at an off licence and being ex airnz myself, I had a great chat with owner. It definitely is your friendly neighborhood local.

It's a cool little bar. Not heaps of room so better to go just with 1 or 2 others. <br/><br/>The staff were pretty unfriendly and had a weird dismissive vibe. <br/><br/>The biggest issue I had with this place was that the bartender was scooping the head out of my beer with a spoon. For a veterian bar tender and a beer lover I was thinking what the hell is she doing! If I owned the place I'd be making sure people knew how to pull a beer! It such a bad look and so much wastage.

Cosy little craft beer bar with a good selection of beers, came here for some beers and snacks on a voucher and ended up staying for a couple more after. Don't go to Kingsland much but will definitely consider revisiting this place next time I'm in the area.

Great cosy bar that has an exceptional range of Craft beers and a good wine list to boot. Definitely worth a visit. I enjoyed that they had 5 different options of wheat beer. there are different promotions each night and they keep things interesting with good monthly specials. I am a local and stoked they are in the hood.

That guy Gary is awesome and knowledgeable with his beers. I tried that IPA, lager, Pilsner and Pale Ale. He definitely knows his onions. Cheers!

Cool little quirky bar in Kingsland. Shop front doesn't give much away, but went in on a Friday evening and it was packed. Awesome selection of craft beers. Loaded Fries were great (only thing I ate there). Staff were very friendly and attentive.

Small and nice place. Grabbed a voucher and went for drinks with a friend. Nice drinks. I liked the tap beer, it was dark and light but dont recall the name of it. Fries and pizza were given with drinks with no extra cost. We finished our drinks and fries and we were full. No room left for dinner.  Worth visiting again for drinks.

Very chilled place on a nice afternoon. Small place but good for a quick drink or to relax. Beers were delicious, enjoyed their lager and pale ale. service was great too. Would definitely come back here for a beer.

They have a great selection of beer and some nice-but-basic bar grub but the lady serving tables made us feel not welcome.<br/><br/>The venue and menu are absolutely fine but feeling unwelcome makes people not want to go back. Regulars might love it but you have to make a good impression on newcomers too.<br/><br/>This was our first visit, we went to the bar and the bar staff (who seemed great) told us to take a seat at the vacant table. Straight after that the lady walking around servicing customers told us to sit in the outdoor area when it's raining - I told her there was a vacant table and she said "oh I didn't notice" and immediately walked off.<br/><br/>One of us had to leave to see a presentation so we were only having one round. When we finished she came to ask if we wanted another (a good thing) but we said no we're fine. She then brought the POP (eftpos) around immediately and couldn't remember what we ordered, so we had to remind her. <br/><br/>The next interaction made us feel really unwelcome. Less than 5 minutes after she came round and was rude to my friend about his "science thing" and then cleaned 100% of our table, making us lift our arms and stuff off of it.<br/><br/>I understand the importance of cleaning but that wasn't needed, we were only there for 30mins at that point and there were free tables. We said we were leaving soon, why not wait until we leave? <br/><br/>We left straight after as we felt she wanted the table empty despite us saying we would leave soon and another table being available.<br/><br/>It's hard to express via text but every interaction was negative and she made us feel unwelcome. Negative body language, tone of voice, and choice of words.<br/><br/>I work customer service and hate making complaints about specific staff because I know it can cause awkward conversations in the workplace. Unfortunately her service was not up to the minimum I would expect.<br/><br/>For future reference this was between 5-7pm 24/09/2016.

Quirky craft beer bar nicely tucked away from the popular but very average bars in Kingsland. The selection of Craft brews is great inc 2 on tap and the free popcorn is a great touch.

Is Flight 605 awesome? Yes. Do I want to see you there? No. I want it all for me and my friends, and the locals. This isn’t the place to be seen, it’s just the place to be. If you want an amazing time, delicious drinks and great company. I’d be there every night if I could afford it.

This is a great quirky bar slightly past the main strip in Kingsland. Service is great, Gary is a fantastic host and has a really good variety of craft beers, definitely worth a visit! I also really appreciated the free popcorn and the fancy fries (not free) with truffle oil are delicious. Look forward to making use of the courtyard in the summer!

Great bar for pre and post rugby drinks. Not too busy... And the staff/owners were great. Friendly & hospitable. Great vibe, good drinks, warm and not too noisey.

Love these guys - I went earlier in the year for a friend's 40th, everyone was so friendly and we had so much fun that I went back for my own birthday two months later.   I'm not a beer drinker, but if I was I'd be in heaven, and the wine list suits me just fine.  You also can't complain about free hot popcorn!  Love your work.  :)

Great selection of NZ craft beers as well as liquor and wine. Owners are super friendly and helpful.<br/>Free popcorn with drinks is so good and the fancy fries are delicious..<br/>Wednesday day is 'Wingsday' and the buffalo wings are good. Id put them on my list of best wings. Decent sauce, well cooked and cheap $10 for 10.
