Walked past tonight and just had to have a kebab. I ordered the super kebab on rice with garlic yoghurt, hummus and hot chilli sauce.
I really enjoyed this kebab. Firstly they use REAL chunks of lamb pieces and not minced lamb, which is hard to find nowadays.
Secondly they don't just make plain rice their rice is cooked with some kind of spice which makes it super tasty. My only criticism is, and it's a small one but would make me give them 5 stars, their hummus seems a bit watered down. It's not as good as the hummus from Cassablanca for example. It needs to be thicker. I am not sure what else is missing from it but it seems like they maybe add too much water.
Anyway, regardless the dish as a whole is amazing and I will definitely be back.

Chicken charcoal wrap was yummy. Takes much longer than the normal kebab but worth the wait. Chicken/meat is cooked over a charcoal fire only once the order is placed. Beautiful charred flavour. One of the best kebabs I have tasted. Will definitely go back.

It's one those places you never get tired of going there again and again. The food is great(i think best mid-eastern cusine in Auckland CBD), sheesha is amazing. All in all a great place.
P.S. KABSAH a must have.

The food is exceptional. Best kebab and platters. The shessha is also good, though they can improve on that. Food quantity is sufficient and is value for money.

Consistently good food. I live locally and can honestly say this is the best kebab shop on K Road. A hit with my friends too. Good customer service and prompt preperation time.

Dinner at this wonderful restaurant last night. All the food was superb and delicious. Enjoyed the Mixed Kebab and Shawarma was really tasty and kunafa dessert was amazing. Service from start to finish was good, with a friendly and attentive waiter. I really want to go again there.

Service was slow and I had to repeat myself a number of times until I was heard. The cutlery wasn't really clean nor polished. The food was poor and I could taste the cheap quality of the food. Overall, very disappointed.

I ate here last night and I was very happy with the service and the wonderful food. The complimentary rode water green tea was a nice touch and the food was very very fresh and tasty. I am looking forward to returning to try more of the menu. I was with a group of 5 men and we all raved about the place. Well down.

I had the best baba ghanouj I've had in NZ here. Also, they made the felafels fresh. Every other place I've been to in Auckland microwaves them to heat them. Also, they had sliced lemon in their side salad. And they know that tabouleh is a parsley salad, not a bughul wheat salad (the burghul wheat should be a very light textural element). For authentic Lebanese food, go here!

This place is fantastic! Great kibbe, FRESH salads, a dining room that is like being in someone's front room in Damascus.

yuk and where is the food. If there is another kebab place that opens up Ill go drown myself. I had dinner that was over priced and watched the owners start a fight with people walking by . I dont know what this place is thinking but , why is the shredded walnuts in my rice . Cmon man !
