Nice and warming welcoming and made the smoothie really fast and with great taste. 10/10 would go there again. Manager has a nice smile :)

Nice friendly staff. Ordered two strawberry lush tanks which were very delicious and refreshing.

Great store; transactions were smooth, and the food they serve is great. Would love to go there again.

I've only ever had smoothies from here but they are so good. Most importantly the staff are friendly and super cooperative if you want to go off menu and add or take things away. A couple of times they've not been happy with what they gave me so gave me another one for free! Service at its best :)

Update.<br/><br/>After attending Milford tank the past few years I'm finally done! You place your order and then told, no chicken today, the next visit no dressing, the next no corn etc etc etc in all fairness this seems to be just at Tank Milford Branch. I would visit this store an average of twice weekly with my wife but no longer. The staff change weekly now. It's appalling and disappointing.<br/><br/>It's a tricky score this one....let me explain in 3 steps. The All Berry shake is tasty! The Mexican wrap even better! However, any other Tank I attend seems to be lightning fast compared to Milford branch. The staff are awesome, always nice, just maybe not enough of them. Step 2 once returning home from my takeaway order my Mexican wrap had no chicken, back in the car, find a park, back to the shop to show them my chickenless wrap! Step 3 it is already pricey with my usual order of wrap and smoothie being around $19 but now they have increased pricing by $2 just for the wrap/salad and taken my favourite wrap off the menu. Lovely food but with high prices, long waits and some times receiving the wrong order, gains Tank a 3 ranking.

The kids and I have been here a few times for smoothies. The smoothies are great and the price point is what I would expect from a franchise chain.

Visited this store today, (Saturday 16th May @ 1625 pm........<br/><br/>There were 2 young woman out the back (as I'd) seen them when I walked out of Countdown...... they were standing chatting & one was flinging a rag around like a Poi. <br/><br/>I went to the counter, decided what I wanted, called out "Hello", knocked on the counter top, in the end I wandered around back to ask if they were still open, (They were still standing around chatting) the girl came around the front and had the audacity to out right LIE to my face, instead of just apologising, she said they were out the back busy making smoothies for other customers!!! What a joke, not only did this woman think I was stupid, but blind & deaf too. There were NO other customers, When making drinks it makes a noise using the equipment. <br/><br/>I was horrified, Not only is this staff member unsuitable for employment in customer service, but one thing I will NOT tolerate is dishonesty, so I most certainly did not make a purchase, which in turn has meant lost money in the till. <br/><br/>I was so disgusted that she thought it ok to lie without any need what-so-ever, I swore as I wandered off. <br/><br/>I will NEVER go back, purely on principal.<br/><br/>From now on I'll stick to Albany or Takapuna Tank.<br/><br/>If the manager of Milford has video surveillance, then go ahead and check it out.
