If you're looking for decent, affordable smash burgers, this is the place! We ordered 2 double Aucklahomas and a side of fries. Better to get as a combo as a side of fries is huge! so I could have gotten one to share instead of one each but totally worth the $$$ this has become our new local fave!

Super cool place to chill. Amazing coffee! Smooth and delicious. Staff were friendly and coffees were made super quick.

The girls there are fantastic baristas and make the effort to know all their regulars. Bacon and egg muffins are a delicious grab and go option. Best coffee in the area .

Epic coffee. Staff are lovely. Takeaway coffee cups are well sized. The grudge look makes it all that bit different and better. Always a nice start to the day 💪☕

The coffee ☕️ is still very good, but the place is not so clean these days. Garden full of weeds, windows filthy, seating area out-back a bit yuck. I notice all the staff are young people now, and like, chores totally suck, dude!

The best coffee in Aotearoa! Love the team, love the Fijian lady who serves the coffee thanks for the extra shot in my coffee! Defnitley recommend their oat latte with their Road Runner coffee blend, and they make the best burgers 🍔 in West Auckland! If you love coffee then you'll love Anastasis! ❤️ ☕️

Coffee is really Great, best in Auckland in my opinion. Been going to Anastasis for years now. The barista at Te Atatu Never smiles and poor communication when your coffee is ready. Puts me off going

I’ve had Anastasis coffee before when I was living around in New Lynn from their branch called “the activist”. They make killer coffee under three blends. Just visited their roast shop to pick up some fresh beans. Staff was helpful and got the beans sorted within few mins. I picked up house blend as I wanted a milder coffee. Loving it so far

My day just got ruined.<br/>I feel sorry for the owner of this place.<br/>The manager (a blonde girl), who refused to give her name, only knows how to make coffee but lacks customers service.<br/>All we asked for was some coffee and a couple of servings of bread but this person was way too busy with serving other customers and making their coffee, not taking care of our food (heating up). She could have simply heat our food while making other people's coffee but she lacks multitasking. If she can't handle the job why not hire another staff member? She certainly ruined our day and had a worst experience from this coffee shop. Would never go back and won't recommend to anyone. Such a big time waster.

Wonderful little local spot serving beautiful strong coffee in a variety of blends. There is a food cabinet with a variety of homemade delicious food, the staff are friendly & there is a small seating area inside which now allows a sit in option. Love coming here!

I love this place, hands down the best coffee out west if not in Auckland. It gets 5 Stars for having 4 regular blends of beans plus occasional others. It’s a rare thing to find a place that offers multiple blends to choose from and have them be all exceptional. Anytime I pass by I get coffee here, easy parking outside. Today I turned up 15 mins after close just as they were packing up and it was no problem making me. Coffee! I fact they were truly awesome and friendly. Can’t ask for more in a decent coffee house :) wish we had more like this in Auckland

Regularly purchase mochas from here (3-4 days of the week) and they are delicious however the hot chocolate is disappointing for its price (Cadbury drinking chocolate with silver top milk).. The fresh food is always a delight to the tastebuds.

We've been hanging out for a little cafe or quick in and out coffee shop local to our area and we didn't just get one, we got a great one. The staff are lovely and the coffee amazing. Even the cabinet food is top notch. Can get busy at times but the wait isn't very long and it's definitely worth the wait. You should stop in here and try it yourself.

I’ve been going to Anastasis since it was a little shop. It’s expanded in the same place and is bigger than ever, has a great selection of food and the coffees are amazing, I had a smooth blend, it’s is exactly as advertised and I’ll always make the trip to go back as it’s hard to find good coffee these days!! <br/><br/>Lady behind the counter is lovely and makes you feel welcome.<br/><br/>Good music too, there’s not much seating but it’s not a problem at all it’s a place to get a nice coffee and a quick bite.<br/><br/>Keep up the good work!

Good strong coffee and also friendly staff that are up as early as I am so I can get my fix before work. They have a few in house blends which are stronk I usually go with the smooth blend all trust me a large will get you through Monday. Great to see the shop upgrade recently too ✌🏼

Just stopped at this nice little café with good coffee, and excellent cabinet food. could do with more seating but good for takeaway or lunch.

From one mans dream to brew/create his own coffee in a small room that could barely fit 4-5 people in it, to now a legit cafe that could fit up to 10-15 people.<br/>From just serving just coffee to now offering cafe food with coffee ranging from cakes, muffins, cereal, scones, bagels and much more. Also adding their own twist with a selection of four types of blended coffee that they have created that helps make that normal coffee seem extra special eg - Extra Caffeinated, hint of berry etc<br/>Good place for a take away coffee and snack or you could pop in to eat and drink minus certain cutlery(plates). The salmon bagel was amazing, coffee was good, scone nice and fluffy. Nice little date with the wife. Still in the process of building but I’m sure it’ll look great and feel more roomy.<br/>A good little place for its local and ex locals(my wife and I).

The best coffee in Auckland!!<br/><br/>I love this little gem and I especially love visiting when they're roasting the beans. The variety of flavours are delicious and smooth with the perfect bitterness to their strongest blend. Don't expect anything flash, they're all about the coffee and they do a stunner of a job!

Still the best coffee place in West Auckland. Handy location and friendly staff. Great community buzz from this little store. Every suburb should have a place like this.

Nice place to drop by and have a good coffee. <br/><br/>I confess that I expected a little bit more from it, specially with all the slogan and roasting thing. The girl from the staff was very pleasant, but couldn't say where the beans were. That's not a bad thing in a regular coffee hop, but when it comes to this kind of place, everyone should know a little more about its own product

The Roadrunner is an outstanding coffee with full smooth flavour and kick. A wonderful coffee roasters. I now have a jar at home. They care about coffee - it's an art.

Neat little place, with really good coffee. You get a selection of different blends. And the service is good.<br/><br/>It had some chairs but probably not great for a coffee outing because it's small and the tables are next to a car park and intersection. More of a really nice take away.<br/><br/>Give it a go!

Amazing coffee, seriously the best out west hands down!

Anastasis is the best coffee this side of the Glendene roundabout. Argentinian owner Hernan imports beans from around the World then roasts on site. Quality coffee, friendly service, you can even learn a bit of Spanish every day. He currently doesn't do food. Anastasis is tiny but as this joint proves, it's not the size that counts though an outdoor courtyard seems to be in the works. <br/>-<br/>Check my other reviews for quality West Auckland food joints.<br/>Mr T.
