Review Kookie Haus - Auckland

Found this company at a Coffee and Chocolate festival. Woman at the stall was incredibly friendly, ended up purchasing 2 cookies and a doughnut. Tried one of the cookies and I ended up going back and buying 4 more... They are literally the best cookies I have ever eaten. I wish I had tried the doughnut before I had left the festival, because I absolutely would've gone back and bought more too. Definitely not cheap, but absolutely worth it. Will definitely be buying more cookies from this company

My husband and I were driving past and decided to pop in. I’m so glad we did, we weren’t disappointed at all. Great customer service and so easy to talk to you. Both sweets that we tried were unbelievable. A lot of thought, effort and creativity when into the sweets. Each sweet was that I tried stood on its own. In the era of mass production and mass choice. It’s refreshing to see a business with such a streamlined focus, on providing exceptional sweets. Also the coffee was great as well. I was extremely impressed and will most definitely be coming back.

I tried your cookies at the BMX event over the weekend. Delicious, amazing! Thanks for being there to keep us topped up with treats. We will be visiting the store for more!

We had a friend bring down some cookies when we met up at Ruapehu. The cookies all looked really delectable. They were mostly cookies sandwiched with flavoured cream. Tried the Peanut butter one and it tasted like peanut butter. Also tried the S'more one and that was quite nice. Edit: We grabbed a S'more cookie cake for a party. My sister called in the morning and they were able to get one ready for us to pick up in a couple of hours. The cookie portion of the cake was really delicious. The cookie was very fudgy in that it was almost like a brownie. The layers in between the cookies was interesting. It was marshmallow but not really marshmallowy. It was nice when at room temperature but so much nicer when zapped in the microwave and it became gooey. It was a really nice cake option and they were able to specially make us a cake at short notice.

Was so excited to try Kookie Haus ever since they opened, and thanks to uber eats, I finally got to. At $2 per cookie and $3 per cookie sandwich if I recall correctly, these are a bit more affordable than the kinda pricey Moustache cookies (although theirs is pricey for good reason!). Anyway, Kookie Haus is a great alternative; the cookies are crunchy yet soft and chewy. They’re deadly and dangerously sweet worth every minute of enjoying them. We got to try the Snickers cookies, the peanut butter cookie sandwich, the chocolate chip cookie sandwich, the Whittakers and Milo cookies, and complimentary brownies bc as you can see, we went harddddd.

An unexpected donut gem!.. Even has keto treats😋 Owner was so friendly and welcoming. Come get your sweet treat and coffee fix here.

Huge range of sweet deliciousness. Fabulous cookies. Chose a selection, $25 for 9. Wasn't disappointed. Will visit again.

Delicious Cookies! Went there to try their keto snicker slice and walked out with a few extra treats for the kiddies as well. Keto slice was amazing and the kids didnt complain about the cookies either. Cant wait to see if they will add more keto options.

Love the cinnamon sugar sourdough donut so much I always buy the frozen one so I always have some at home! I'm so glad you guys are in Ranui! oh and need to mention the NYC Cookies! OMGee to die for! Ill be back this week for another round 🥰

The deep fried Kookie dough-nuts are amazing!!!! And the chocolate shake is Devine. I fully recommend this little business and their delicious goods!!!!! Lovely people too. �����

What can I say except to backup everyone else's overwhelmingly positive reviews! The cookies from here taste absolutely amazing, and they are able to help with just about anything in my limited experience! I contacted yesterday to see if we could get a bunch of cookies made up for Congenital Heart Defect day to raise money for Heart Kids, and what an amazing experience I had! Made the cookies at short notice, stayed late so that I could pickup, and added a nice bit to the Starship total for the store! Oh yeah while you are visiting, make sure you buy the Starship cookies! Not only do they taste great, but all of the money goes to Starship! Today thanks to Kookie Haus, we've managed to raise a nice little sum for Heart Kids, and we literally could not have done it without their help at such short notice! I can't thank them enough for their enthusiastic approach to their work, and ability to meet a very short deadline for us! If you have a project big / small / anything in between, I'm sure Kookie Haus is for you! They make Gluten Free / Vegan / Diabetic cookies as well as the usual array of cookies and did I mention they taste amazing? Yes... Well, worth saying twice, they really are very very good! Thank you Kookie Haus!!

Omg hooked. Came in yesterday to get some halloween goodies & you gave me a free Snickers kookie for my daughter's halloween birthday.

Tried 3 keto slices, which were not disappointing at all but probably wouldn’t come back for again as well as the donut I would definitely not try again because it had a very strong old oil taste and also made the car smell like oil as well, how ever I give the m 4 stars because I would definitely go back for the cookie sandwiches!! The banofie flavour is good, so soft and just delicious. I recommend only the cookie sandwiches, which they have a tone of variety in flavours!

Got a keto chocolate peanut butter cake from these guys. Was great, and they made it with very short notice. Keep it up

Kookie Haus is hands down the best vegan cookie place in NZ (better than the vegan cookies I tried in Europe as well for that matter). They also do vegan donuts which are also so delicious! They have new donut flavours every weekend (and for all occasions) that has me craving for them every weekend because they're just so irresistible. 🤤 The staff there are always so lovely and now I don't think I can ever go back to any old donuts as Kookie Haus has set the bar high. Thanks for always making such yummy treats team, especially for all the vegans out there 😊

Had a snickers cookie sandwich, but the only snickers flavour was three pieces of the bar on top. Was expecting some peanut butter or peanuts in the batter, all I got was sickly sweet sugar. Will go to Moustache instead.

Hands down best Kookies in town. And only in little old ranui too. Had three large kookie sandwiches. Not overly sweet somehow. Just the right touch of everything. This is a place you’d go if you really wanted to treat yourself. So many other things I want to try too. Definitely needs to be more outlets. Will be coming back here and to the auckland City one soon. Do recommend.

Was in the area and saw this was open, had to try it. There were different varieties of mini cookies, vegan cookies, ice cream and milk drinks. I tried both the Choc Mint and Choc Chip drinks. They were okay but not outstanding. I love the Shrewsberry($2)! Much better than the packet stuff you buy from the supermarket. So soft and fresh. Also the Vegan Blackforest cookie($5). Looks so sweet and decadent but is actually beautifully balanced. I would come back just for these two cookies alone. I also purchased a Mocha Ice Cream($6). Not such a fan of the ice cream, rock solid. I have found its best to take out of the freezer and let it "defrost" for 20ish mins, much easier to eat that way.

It’s a tiny cookie joint tucked within a row of shops opposite the Ranui train station. We had deep fried kookie dough, Black Forest shake, kookie dough ice cream sandwich and a range of kookies. Everything was lit. I would highly recommend choosing a shake (there are various flavours on offer) and the deep fried kookie dough. Ours was not overdone nor greasy, and enough to share with your other half. I particularly appreciated the man notifying us upon arrival it would take 10mins to deep fry the kookie dough and getting right to it, before we even paid! Full marks

Quite yum if you've got a sweet tooth and like the taste of cookie dough. Best flavour was smores even though I hate marshmallow 😂 would recommend the small cookies

Always wanted to visit the Kookie Haus and they just happened to be in the Auckland City Night Market, the cookies were soft and chewy and the filling soft and fudgey. A delightful experience!

I can honestly say these were the best cookies i have ever had. Highly highly recommend their kookies and kreme flavour. The cookie dough in the middle isn't too strong. It's all soft and delicious and SO right

Finally visited Kookie Haus this weekend and was not dissapointed - yummy cookies and great customer services. Dont be fooled with the location or store size as they wont let you down! Yummo will definitely be visiting again
