A friend took us here to try out some bubble tea since the place we were wanting to go to was closed. The shop is located by the entrance of Furien, the Asian supermarket in the basement of the building.
They have a fairly large menu with teas as well as fruit juices. You order and then they give you a beeper so you are able to look around the shop as you wait for your tea. It did take a bit of time to make though and us coming as a huge group didn't help.
I tried the cake milk tea. It didn't have actual cake in it, it looked layered like a cake, but it was only in the cup and not the actual drink. It was ok. A friend had the wukong black diamond milk tea and that was really good. Wouldn't mind coming back to try their other flavours like the dirty milk tea just out of curiosity.

Looks good, they sell fresh fruit tea as well. Have not tried but would do so when I go to the supermarket again.

Easy to miss location, on the pricier side but 10/10 dirty brown sugar bubble tea is worth it every time
