rarely do i ever go to such a highly rated eatery coming out completely satisfied. everything we had was absolutely delicious and big portions too. best curry katsu i’ve had in a very long time. this place lives up to the hype. will def be here again to try everything else.

The food was absolutely amazing! I came here for lunch and got the katsu chicken lunch special for $12.50! It was such a great price and the chicken was so crunchy and delicious! The customer service was excellent - everyone was very welcoming and kind. Will definitely be coming back here again and I highly recommend :)

Best Sushi and Katsu Donburi I have ever had. This sushi gem should be listed as one of Aucklands top sushi places. Incredible food! We drive half an hour from out west just to eat their amazing food!

Honestly, was expecting just a usual Japanese style bento dinner but it's more than that here! The owner is wonderfully lovely and made sure our experience was great. Food was delicious as ever and little details didn't go a miss. Beyond that its incredible value for money. If I lived in Auckland I'd be getting this weekly. So glad we chose to eat here!

First time diner, and the food was fantastic!
Portion sizes are generous, food is beautifully presented, pricing very reasonable, and owners are very friendly.
We spent $60 for 2 people (who were quite hungry!) & were very full.
We ordered large Kara-Age (about 10 peices usually), two lunch boxes (spicy & teriyaki), and a large Ramunade drink.
Would definitely go back again.

Tried this place for the first time a couple weeks ago. Had the chicken donburi, the pork yakisoba and the vegetarian tempura box. The food was tasty, reasonable value and ell presented. Theres lots of parking available which makes it easy to get to, and the staff are very welcoming. Will return again to try some other dishes.

Popped in for dinner to avoid the rush hour traffic. We selected this place based off the great reviews which are totally accurate. We had the Chicken Katsu bento box. It was presented nicely and the food was fresh and delicious.

I had a curry Katsu and this time Chicken Katsu box. They were all delicious and one of the best takeaways I had. The owners are very kind too! I definitely recommend it👍

Absolutely delicious sushi and hot dishes. Friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. Their salmon donburi is not to be missed, it's possibly the best salmon I've ever had! I'm a fussy eater so for me to try and love everything I've eaten there is a big thumbs up from me (and our kids who think it's Christmas when we get to go for lunch!)

This place is highly underrated, those who run the shop are super friendly and courteous, food is very well presented,tastes great and feels healthy. Really enjoyed my dinner here and will definitely be back. Price is very reasonable too, highly recommended

Today i went to this lovely restaurant for quick lunch. I got so may exams to come so I cant be bothered going out to a proper rest and order a meal. So im end up going here. Im not trying to be exaggerating or what, but the food was actually superrr nice, big cut and bound with fresh meats ! Its $1.20 for simple and ++ for special sushi. I ordered like 6 pieces with variant fillings and cost me $8.80. The best part is, Uncle who served me was really friendly, he even gave me free miso soup and dumpling!😏
