Muffin Break Milford has a great range of flavours and choices. I ordered some muffins for my friendās birthday and family celebrations, and Iāve also recommended them to a few friends who have absolutely loved them! Such a lovely place to visit. Good service. Went there just before closing for a quick coffee and was expecting to be turned down as they might have already cleaned the machine. In fact the chap at the till was very friendly and took my order with a smiling face. The barista made a great coffee. Good experience over all. The place was neat and tidy. Will surely visit again.

It was a busy time but was able to get our order in smartly. It didn't take long to get our order with food coming first then our coffees for the five of us. Staff friendly, wanting to please and well mannered . The quality of food and beverage was very good.

Coffee, Hot Chocolate and their Muffins fresh and so good.
Very clean friendly and Customer Service is second to none. Will definitely be back.

Great customer service and the drink came fast but the mocha frappe i ordered tasted terrible and left a weird after taste. Drink tasted as if they hadnāt added any chocolate powder or chocolate flavour of any sorts and just added spoonfuls of sugar. It was so sweet that I couldnāt drink it and ended it up having to take it home to add more milk. friendly staff but not the worth the $6

Disappointing to pay $6. for an iced chocolate that tastes like watery soda float. Piddly amount of sprinkle chocolate, no marshmallow. Dirty spoon. Nil serviette. For the hour and half we were there, our dirty plates, cups and saucers sat at edge of table with staff floating past but nobody made the effort to clear either our table or the nearby tables with food particles, dirty mugs etc. Tis a shame for a popular cafe in the heart of busy Milford mall, FOH service is crap, customers are invisible and a genuine smile to see a paying customer seems like a foreign concept. Wouldn't be recommending. Wouldn't be returning.

I must say I chose the right cafe store since so many different cafeteria in Milford . I like they brew my coffee hot enough to warm my body ^_~ If you want to buy grocery there's countdown just couple seconds away or vegetable store just in your vision area

The owner Frank is very helpful. Great Customer Service. Bought a 6 pack muffins and they were delicious. Reasonable price. Their cabinet display is so clean and well stocked.

I took a coffee break here one arvo when at the mall. Just had a cappuccino. Staff was lovely, service was great even though I had to wait for a bit for my coffee. I didn't mind it :)

Muffin break is my best choice of coffee in shopping mall around Auckland. They offer full range of coffee with safety taste. That means always nice. It's very glad to see a smile at the bottom of coffee cup.

Good coffee. No customer service. The essence of this muffin break was uncomfortable compared to others due to its plastic chairs and open atmosphere.<br/>What happen to the amazing soft chairs and closed in area. It was more like a dodgy food court then anything else. Also a smile goes a long way.
