I am super new to Indian food, and I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a taste of authentic Indian Cuisine. Thumbs Up to this restaurant.
This place is great for a quick yummy lunch that won't dent your pocket. Not sure why it's not busier because the curries around our table were all enjoyed. Dishes were tasty, spice levels were good with decent portions, couldn't fault it
Really tasty, great option. The staff were attentive. I almost wish I didn't know this place existed, the Bombay Aloo was far to moreish for good health!

This place is a lovely restaurant with delicious food, the staff seem very nice and caring. Would go back for sure. Usually nice and quiet but don't let that deter you.

I really felt like a good curry tonight, found this place on Zomato Gold so thought I’d give it a try. I was a little skeptical when I first arrived as the restaurant was empty, but I can honestly say my dining experience was exceptional from start to finish.
I ordered the Chicken Madras, my friend ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, and we both got basmati rice, and garlic naan bread. Both curries were absolutely divine, decent sized servings full of flavour. The rice was cooked perfectly and the naan bread had just the right amount of garlic. We were also given complementary poppadoms, and were pleased to find out that the rice would also be complementary!
The staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly and attentive, they checked in on us from time to time to see how our meals were going, to see if we needed anything else, to refill water and so on.
After redeeming the Zomato Gold discount and factoring in the complementary rice, our final bill only came to $25 which is really good considering how much food we received. Would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try!

The food is cheap and delicious. The owner gives quite a lot of complimentary food on huge/ regular orders at home delivery. Chole Masala, Kadai chicken and palak paneer are the best.
Found by accident. Was wary as not many people inside but smell from cooking was tempting. As good as I've had anywhere. My new favourite Indian takeaway!
Def my go to place now for good Indian food in Auckland. Highly recommend. I always order their butter chicken..it's creamy and not watery like other places

One of the best food experience I had when I went for dinner. If you really like to have some authentic and freshly prepared food, please be patient and enjoy the ambiance. Have great time with staff. Chef prepare food with love and care. No unnecessary extra oil, spices, starch or cream. Its healthy and amazingly tasty. I would love to go again and again. Went there last night. Really enjoyed the food. Very friendly service. Plus you can order food from here and eat it at the bar next door, The Northern Line, if you are having a drink there. The Northern Line does a generous Happy Hour 4 to 8pm and has an excellent range of craft beer, especially Pale Ale.
A superb find. I was surprised that this place is not having great ratings. The chef definitely knows his / her business. The use of spices is perfect. The menu is well elaborated by the staff and service is very good too. The samosas and veg dishes were fresh and well done. And an amazingly good Dal Makhani and herb Naan. Portions are very good as well. Enjoyable.
Four lads from the Waiheke Island Curry Club popped over to the city in June 2019. We had an outstanding meal here. Very flavoursome dishes and some decent craft beer to match. The decor is so-so but the food is great. Staff were very outgoing and we were impressed with the authentic charcoal tandoor oven. Highly recommend it.
This is the BEST Indian restaurant in Auckland. The food is exceptional and the service is even better. Been to what is classed as the best indian restaurants but to be honest the food here is epic. The taste is exquisite and such effort into everything. The chicken pakora is amazing and I love their lamb saag. Please use this as your go to Indian.

To summarize a nice last evening in Auckland: The food was truly amazing, the service great and the portions huge! Best curry I’ve had! I sincerely recommend to pay it a visit, you will not be disappointed :)
We enjoyed a lovely meal here yesterday, great food - really tasty, one of the best garlic naans I've had in NZ (not stodgy) and amazing service. This is now our new closest Indian restaurant and we'll definitely be returning and becoming regulars!
