Located Westfield Mall Newmarket. Steaks cooked perfectly as ordered. Sides ordered separately. Steakhouse chips primo. Onion rings bit dry and Mac n cheese although tasty kinda clumped together. Good service from Staff. Desserts were great. Great Steaks 😁😁

My friend and I dined here for dinner. Our first time we didn’t know what to expect. Everything was fantastic! The decor and ambience of the restaurant was very warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and professional and the food was so delicious. Service was great, we didn’t have to wait too long for our meals, it wasn’t super busy though. Great value and excellent quality. Will definitely dined here again.

Went there to celebrate my sister’s Big Sing achievements, she pick NY Grill because she had a wonderful experience here last time as well. No need to say the food was beautiful and the staff members were super patient when our guests were arriving late.

Food was great - especially the steaks but the service really let the place down. I watched three meals get taken to the wrong table, including our own which sat on the wrong table for almost 10 minutes until their correct meals arrived. Our meal was then taken back to the kitchen and then delivered straight out to us ... with cold onion rings. The onion rings were replaced once requested, but this meant that our meals and side dishes all came out at very different times.
Then to add to the chaos, we were charged for the wrong table which was $90+ extra. Once again this was rectified when addressed but really very disappointing.

Great atmosphere with great lighting. The food came out at a reasonable time and was cooked to perfection. The side fries were a bit salty but compliments the steak and the sauce I chose. Overall the food was exceptional, however, a couple of non-fluent english speaking waiters made understanding them not so easy. Other than that, everything was very wonderful. Had a great time with my friend.

The Snakebite
Had a great meal here and a great location. Service was excellent. The only downside is the steak options don't come with sides as you need to order sides separately which makes the steak option expensive. Other menu items come with sides. I opted for the Lamb which came with sides and was really good. Tuna entree was also really good. Dessert was fab.

The lush open air Rooftop area sitting on the mall! Here you find this upmarket (kind of) steak spot amoung other eateries. The staff are AMAZING!! So attentive and knowledgable yet professional. They were understaffed but really did everything possible to look after the whole venue. The food was OK - a bit much batter and not enough fish for me but it was good quality. They have their own well attended bathroom which is a blessing in a mall space. I would recommend for a bite.

We've just been we are a family of 12 people. We were seated on the semi private room with the long table.
Service was prompt. The food is on the pricey side but worth it. We got there about 5 pm, we enjoyed the $2 oyster happy hour for entree and calamari. The wagyu beef melts in your mouth. The clam linguine is yummy highly recommended if you like white wine sauce. The kids enjoyed the mac n cheese and burgers. The steak includes complimentary sauce but side dishes are extra to order. The drinks are okay. We were too full to try the desserts but surely next time.
The place is nicely decorated and outside seating is available. The ambience is lively and inviting.
Overall it is a great experience.

Came here on Father's Day for dinner with my family of four. Had booked a reservation for the formal section, which I had assumed was the one in the middle, as where we were seated was what I'd consider the back. The steak was beautiful, but the chips were way too salty. Other than that, everything felt like an upscale version of what we'd eat at home, which is just fine by me if I'm being honest.
