Review Ajisen Ramen - Auckland

Decent food and efficient service via website ordering. The Kaibutsu Ramen was good however the soup was a bit bland. The Agedeshi Tofu however was really good with a very nice tasting broth.

The ramen bowl was really tiny but tasted good, though. You need to order the food by scanning the QR code on the table. We wondered if we didn't have the mobile to scan... because they just told me to scan to order by ourselves.

The ambience is inviting, you can order your food through scanning on the QR code set in the table. We love there ramen, they got lots of options. 🥗🥣 Good service, not too crowded and a kid friemdly restaurant. The only problem is looking for parking.

Love everything about this restaurant. Mainly the food and ambience though 🥰. I had a bowl of Kaiju ramen and it was one of the best ramen I've ever had—the broth was flavourful.

I highly recommend this place. Fantastic ambiance, great tasting food and speedy serving! What more can you ask for? Thanks so much to the team for our yesterday dining!

Everything quick and efficient! You order directly from your phone and they were really quick bringing your order. Staff welcoming, wide range of options for pretty much anything. Although I liked everything we had, I would say I have tasted better ramen, there wasn’t really anything that stood out the most for me, but their ramen is still good overall. Only thing is they don’t accept reservations, but the restaurant is big and has many seats.

Love the spicy chicken katsu ramen and Takoyaki. Usually quick service. Could be improved: -Parking is tricky around there -Some tables have uncomfortable stools -Signs about “dining time limits” and “no splitting bills” make it less appealing

The Paiku ramen was really really good, tasty broth and tasty meat. In contrast, the Miso ramen was underwhelming.

Delicious and generously sized portions of ramen. The interior is filled with Japanese decor. Only gripe was a greasy palette afterwards.

Limited parking in area. No reservations, walk in to be seated. Friendly welcome on entrance. Waiting line as very popular. Lots of seating and friendly quick service. Great menu with variations of ramen, don, and much more. Great prices and very filling. Love it and can't wait to come back!!!

Very good shoyu ramen. The broth was delicious as were the meat and veges. The noodles themselves were ok but I personally prefer thicker ones. Also a bit pricier than other places I’ve been but, bro, you’re eating in new market what’d you expect. The service was good and WOW the speed!! There were easily 20 other customers in and after we waited 5mins max we were served. Insane speed. Beware! Parking is scarce but you can park at the Wilson’s car park 1 min walk away. It is of course paid though.

Sets the standard for all other ramen places in Auckland...hard to beat for food quality and pricing. The sides are good rather than great, but am really here for the ramen. Parking can be tricky being Newmarket though.

Delicious Spicy Ajisen Ramen (wasn't that spicy). The Pork Gyoza and dipping sauce were also wonderful.

Love the Ajisen ramen so much! Reasonable price and you get what you pay for. Portion is filling and their signature ramen is great! I love the ambiance of the dining place, so cozy and inviting!

Omg real ramen. I’ve been looking for taste of ramen I had in the Philippines and this one is real. Real noodles, and broth. So happy. Will come back again to try other kinds

First time trying this place. Had high expectation given the reviews and also been always wanting to try it. Had the black tonkotsu ramen. The sides were takoyaki and soft shell crabs. The ramen broth was delicious, nice strong broth, the ramen was nice texture and the toppings were not bad. The sides however was just ok for me. The crab was just lack of flavour and rely on the spicy mayo dip which was underwhelming. The takoyaki was not bad, but I think at $15-17 a side, I would rather get more ramen. I will probably come back again and explore other ramen flavours but pass on the sides.

This is the fastest served ramen in the world haha. Took like 4 mins. I am huge Ippudo fan, so had to try Ajisen to compare. And it is hard to decide which is better. I reckon here you get more buck for your dollar than Ippudo. So toppings are winner here. But noodles and broth is Ippudo for me. However honestly it is very close. Both are delicious. And I love Ajisen varieties. I loved my Black garlic ramen and my man loves his beef shortrib
