I don’t normally write reviews but we had an enjoyable trip to Waiheke and our friends from Australia love Mexican food. So I found Mint As by google search and their tacos according to our friends were delicious. Some of the best they have tasted. My wife and I went down the burger option and absolutely loved it.. I would firmly recommend to anyone and whenever we are on Waiheke Island we will become regular customers.

We have just had what would have to be two of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time - they look excellent in the pictures and taste even better than they look. Anyone who pass’s on these delights is missing a real treat - thanks for the quick and friendly service.

Delicious burgers! We both had the Mint As burger. Perfect bun to meat/toppings ratio. Cute little spot with a couple other food trucks and a food market beside it. Would definitely return next time we're in Waiheke.

I'm not sure why there is suddenly a thriving cult burger scene in New Zealand, but Mint As is up there with the greats! The best burger in waiheke by far and one of the best in the country. If you are in the mood for a burger in Waiheke then this is definitely the place.
The service was friendly and the truffle fries are absolutely to die for as well.
Mint As will certainly be a tradition for us whenever we're on Waiheke.

I've had vege and vegan burgers all over the country. The Buddha vegan burger here at Mint As is EASILY the best burger I've ever had. 1000% recommend. Staff are lovely also.

Great tacos! Have also had the burgers and I liked them too. The shrimp tacos are a fave thought. The salsa and sauces are so yummy. Good casual place with outdoor seating.

Solid burgers. Very satisfying and great amount of sauce. We trekked out there on a windy and rainy day and was def worth the journey (just be mindful that it’s only outdoor seating so if you want your chips to stay warm, better eat it in the car hahah)

One of the few places on the island with consistent hours, delicious food and easy parking; what more can you ask for? Highly recommend the tacos, cheeseburgers, and the truffle fries are so yummy! Bonus - they play great tunes 😀

🍔🍟 Food truck next to Raw. Yummy made to order burgers, tacos and chips and good value ($15nzd for a burger). Can call to order before collection. Loved the vegetarian option with golden kumara, beetroot and egg 😋 but the meat ones are also delicious!

Great food, easily competitive with anything I've had in the city. Waiheke Dream is a favorite of mine, but today I tried a Blue Lady and I think it might be taking my #1 spot. Make sure you check their opening hours, nothing as disappointing as looking forward to one of their burgers only to find them closed!

Google didn't disappoint when I looked where to get dinner within walking distance. Absolutely delicious burgers! Service was amazing. Arrived to order & found out they already had so many orders, wasn't taking more. After kindly recommended other takeaways in walking distance, said "okay, we'll take 1 more". Was super appreciative as we're only on the island for 1 night! Thank you Mint As ... we'll definitely be back!!!
