EDIT 08/2022: Changed from Star Cafe to 11 Dim Sum a while ago. Decor has improved and service was excellent, but not tonight. Food is delicious, but on the pricey side given the portion size. A tub of rice is $20 but you get 1 x refill. No Soup for entrée now, but you can still order some Dim Sums
