Friendly staff and accommodating. Food were yum! Although we asked for medium cook on beef it was almost well done, but again the lady were nice, know what she’s doing!!

I had a girls night here at Va Bene, we were welcomed into this beautiful space by the lovely women running the floor. They took extra care to make us feel comfortable and special. The Chianti wine there was incredible - I wish I asked for the name of it. I will definitely be back for another! We ordered a selection of plates that we shared, the portion size was generous for the quality of the food and all dishes were delicious. I especially loved the beef bourguignon, it was full of flavour and perfect for a winters night - highly recommend this sweet spot if you are a true lover of great food and service, they won't disappoint! 🙌🏼⚡

Me and a friend came here for Mochas to warm up on a cold day. Despite the cafe next door being closed (owned by the sane people), the staff popped next door to make us drinks, and even bought us some marshmallows and biscuits! Very nice staff, and very yummy mochas. Would come back!

Beautiful food, delicious drinks and lovely service! Such hospitable staff and a quick turn around time. The atmosphere is awesome, it’s a really beautiful space too. Could not recommend more!!

The new dinner platters were amazing, I recommend the pork and the beef ! Also had an amazing espresso martini during happy hour. Would definitely recommend trying out the new menu

We started with a cocktail at Happy Hour and then came back for dinner a couple of hours later. Excellent service, friendly and cheerful, is one highlight of our evening. The other being the food, fresh oysters, Spanish sardines, truffle mash and melt in the mouth beef dishes. Fabulous! Highly recommended.

Menu and wine list are awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed a lovely evening here with my partner. The baked camebert and the sardines where favourites of mine! My partner loved the octopus and we both drooled over the ribs. We where totally stuffed, but we will be back for your sticky date pudding. Thank you to the wonderful wait staff for the impecable service.

Food, service and chat are amazing. Paul, Tayler and staff are very personable and definitely make the atmosphere amazing. The smoked mash was unbelievable and the chili and lime prawn dish with coconut mash potato was the standout dish for us. This is our new regular. Thanks for staying up for us. Was amazing. Girls lunch on a Friday - it was the perfect spot for our catch up. There is an awesome wine by the glass selection. The sharing plates are great, you can choose from small or large. We had three small plates of the fish, duck and halloumi cheese, perfect for lunch. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasty. My favourite would be the duck, it was tender and crispy with a great purée. The bar stools are super comfortable and make you want to spend all afternoon there in the homely surroundings. If you haven’t stopped in mark this in your calendar for a light snack, lunch or dinner soon.

Parnell latest locals favourite. And well kept secret. It’s out new regular. The menu is designed to share. Portions are not your huge Americanised amounts but more enough. I’d encourage you to try the duck. That sweet potato is incredible and I could literally eat bowls of it. I was impressed by the staffs wine recommendations. I explained what I wanted and Taylor truly delivered. There is just the right amount of service. You don’t feel bothered or smothered when having a conversation, but also don’t sit with empty plates or glasses for long. This is something I really appreciate when dining. Always welcomed familiar with smiling faces. It’s like a little community The space has a cozy feel to it. Dim lighting and a buzz of people chatting and enjoying each other’s company. We will definitely continue coming back to Va Bene. I hope they add dessert to their menu. The rest of the food is lovely so I imagine they would make amazing sweets too

Love the vibe of this place. Staff super friendly. Good music and cocktails. Food is so tasty, I had the vege melanzane and my friend the mashed potato, both loved it!!
