Deliciously wonderful cupcakes, with so many flavours to try you'll definitely need to make repeat visits! The shop owner is so sweet and makes you feel very welcome in her delightful shop!

Ordered the number cake for my toddlers 2nd birthday and it was so beautiful and delicious! Not too sweet or dry, it really exceeded my expectations considering most cupcakes end up being dry and the icing overly sweet. Will definitely be ordering again for future events. I ordered a box of 6 Rose Bloom Strawberry Sundae cupcakes as a gift for a dear friend. Ann was extremely helpful when I had some queries initially and ordering online was very easy. I was extremely delighted with the cupcakes which were beautifully finished in baby pink and cream frosting and I will not hesitate in purchasing more in the future. I’ve not had such delicious cupcakes since I lived in London. These are proper cupcakes with beautiful fillings and delicious icing. Staff were helpful and accomodating with gluten free requests and they tasted so yum. They were a birthday gift actually and I was given two on dropping off. Ate mine straight away and had to look at the second until my partner got home. It nearly didn’t make it 👍😂

My daughters and I bought some beautiful cupcakes here in the weekend. They were gorgeous to look at but even better, the taste was divine. The cupcake was so light, fluffy and moist. There are other cupcake shops out there but their cupcakes' pretty exterior often hides a dry or bland interior. We will continue to pop in every now and then for an extra special, carefully made great. Keep working your cupcake magic

Not only did Ann answer my call at an unsavoury hour of the morning (as I was calling form overseas), she was incredibly accommodating and kind, taking payment over the phone for a same day delivery. According to the recipient, the cupcakes were absolutely delicious!!! Couldn't be more grateful to Bloom for helping me get amazing birthday cupcakes delivered to a friend. Would definitely recommend!

Because of lockdown I was not able to visit my friend on her birthday. These birthday cupcakes absolutely made her day she loved it! The owner did absolutely what I had requested pink candles and delicious eggless cupcakes and wrote a special message in the card on my behalf. My friend totally loved the suprise! She said these cupcakes were so delicious! I will definitely recommend this service for everyone in future! I will be buying more cupcakes soon from Bloom as I do have alot of birthdays coming up :)

These has to be the next cupcakes I ever had, every single one I tried puts a smile on my face... texture of the cake or self is unbelievably soft and moist!perfect sweet level for my taste, all cream toppings are so good that I don’t often finish them on other cupcakes but I will eat them all here. <br/><br/>I remember I had my first cup from bloom as a 6 box set from a friend and since then I cannot find any other ones can beat them...

Absolutely love the cupcakes here, and my friend agrees too! Came in cause I was looking for something sweet for a friend's birthday and just remembered I passed this store a few times. Finally went to check it out and I was greeted by a friendly staff and freshly baked cupcakes. She introduced me to their newest cupcake the lemon meringue and recommended a few others. Got a box of four and shared with my friend, the cupcakes were delicious and so delicate! The icing wasn't too overpowering and every bite left me wanting more.<br/><br/>Such a friendly service and tasty cupcakes, I'll definitely be back for more!

Their cupcakes are really delicious, not too sweet with a creamy base. However, the staff/owner seems too pushy which made the shop more an insurance agent than a nice chill desert shop.

Just collected my Bloom Cupcakes for our anniversary, thank you for the most delicious cupcakes. <br/><br/>When I first saw them I thought oh no that looks like too much icing, but oh no it’s not enough. The icing is not overly sweet, it’s light and beautiful which compliments the moist delectable cake. The flavours are moreish such as lemon curd, chocolate, salted caramel, vanilla and velvet. All worth a try! <br/><br/>Love the attention to detail and so much heart has gone into the cupcakes.

When I visited around 12:45 pm, there were about 5 different cupcakes available on the unique display shelf. I tried the strawberry one and the chocolate mousse one. 2 for $10. For me, it was pricey for this petite size of cup cakes. But they broke my image that they would be not so nice, wouldn't be able to go through my throat without any drink. The cup cakes were really moist & soft.<br/>I preferred the strawberry one, the jam inside was fruity. I only bought 2 cup cakes but the lady packed them with a special box so that they can keep nice & beautiful inside to take away.

Absolutely love this place! I have tried banoffe, salted caramel and velvet, all amazing in there own right, but banoffe is definitely my favourite. The cupcakes are beautifully moist and the frosting is silky smooth and creamy, just the way you want it! I’ve become a regular customer, $5 once a week for a cupcake like theirs is definitely worth it!

Cupcakes were perfect. I got three 🐽<br/><br/>Snickers , smores & lemon - all were had a perfect balance of each flavour, textures and savoury/sweet. <br/><br/>I thought the lemon would be a bit odd but I would def get it again! Highly recommend this place!<br/>

These delicious and addictive morsels of happiness are like none other. They are the best... Soft, creamy, sweet and moist. The service is always with a smile. I have a team that celebrates once a quarter what they've achieved, and this is a pillar to that event. (and anytime you're on the shore, it's just a bit silly not to pop in)

We have ordered from Bloom Cupcakes multiple times now, mainly for corporate functions and celebrations, and we only ever have amazing things to say about the product and service.  The cupcakes are second to none, always incredibly fresh, there's a great range of flavours, a perfect amount of frosting to cake and YUMMY!  Highly recommended...

Delightfully sinful cupcakes! <br/>I have bought Bloom cupcakes for myself, as a 'sweetener' for a business deal, a large order of Minis for our company Christmas party, and now as my own Birthday cake. <br/>Bloom cupcakes never fail to impress on presentation, and most importantly on taste and freshness! <br/><br/>If you are not sure if a Bloom cupcake is right for you - then pop in and try one.... or two... or more! The shop and seating area isn't large but has a lovely cosy boutique feel to it.

Honest to god the most delicious cupcakes I have ever eaten.<br/>Hands down.<br/>I ordered 12 for my partners birthday and they got delivered to his work and looked exquisite and tasted amazing.<br/>The cake was so moist (I hate that word but necessary) and just tasted incredible, and trust me I'm normally all about the frosting and less interested in the cake, it was that good.<br/>Frosting was thick and luscious and look I just really enjoyed these cupcakes.<br/>Will totally order again, feel very lucky to have found this gem.

Oh My GOODNESS, called into Bloom to try these cupcakes (I am quite the Cupcake fan)  after a bad experience from another cupcake supplier (check my other reviews) and these cupcakes are just amazing.  Everything about them is absolutely devine the cake is moist and fresh simply perfect.  delivered 10/10 for texture, flavour, attractiveness.  Just equisite.  Highly recommend.  Only downside for me is that I live on the other side of Auckland but definately worth the Long journey.

Got two as a gift! <br/>Safe to say the people loved them, quite expensive but worth it as a gift.<br/>Will be coming back to try one for myself sometime soon, that's for sure.

Ordered a huge 'bouquet of cupcakes' for a friends special occasion in late 2015 (sorry for the late review, only just found you on here!), and just cannot fault the super service that we received, the care taken with the bouquet/quality of it and most importantly the taste!  Many thanks Bloom, so glad to have found you :) I'll be in to visit and to pick up a little something for my Mums special birthday too which is coming up.

It had been a while since we last visited Bloom, for no other reason than we've been busy & they are on the other side of the City to us. Does kind of day something about how good they are that we are happy to drive that far when we have a free morning.<br/>There's many great thinks about Bloom - great service for starters. Ann-Margaret who is the owner/operator is always a friendly bubbly presence. She freshly bakes the cupcakes each day & puts them into boxes for takeaway or on beautiful plates if you're eating in. <br/>If you can, it's worth eating in - they have a wonderful range of Harney & Sons teas & coffee which are served in beautiful teapots, cups & saucers.<br/>Today we grabbed a few cupcakes which were Valentines Day themed - if there is any celebration on i.e. Halloween, Easter, Ann-Margaret gets creative & makes some new cupcakes that look almost too good to eat.<br/>Favourite flavours are: Salted Caramel, Banoffee, Pina Colada, Lemon curd. But to be honest I've never had a bad one - they even have gluten free options regularly. You're wise to keep an eye on their FB page as she often publishes what flavours she's baked that day. They're always soft & moist - not dry & stale like with many stores. The butter cream icing doesn't dry either & stays creamy. (Just don't put them in the fridge!) Oh & get there early as once they've sold out for the day that's it!

Wow the best Cupcake shop for outstanding communication, service and the best Cupcakes in Auckland. I messed up my online order and did not realise until the night before my Birthday celebration. Ann fulfilled my order within 12 hours making 18 beautifully decorated and delicious assorted cupcakes. I chose BLOOM because of the reviews it had and I was not disappointed. They truly deserve a 5* rating. Thank you Anne for saving my day and making the best cupcakes in Auckland. I will definitely be back.

I'm a tea and cup cake lover. I absolutely love this place. Their cup cakes are AMAZING, the set up is super gorgeous and they have wonderful loose leaf teas. I will definitely be going their more often and taking some friends with me. 👍🏻

Food: Have been given cupcakes from Blooms Cupcakes and really enjoy all the flavours that were given. Cupcakes were very flavourful and had a very generous amount of creamy butter cream and the cake itself was very moist and soft. Both the cake and the icing did not over power each other and there was just the right proportion of each. Depending on personal preference the moistness of the cakes might not be your piece of cake (lol). I did find that my fingers and my mouth were very greasy after eating them but I defiantly didnt mind it as they tasted amazing. <br/><br/>Price: Prices are on the slightly higher side for a cupcake but not that much more. Worth paying the extra for their amazing cupcakes :) <br/><br/>Overall: Lovely cupcakes all with their individual character none of them are a like. Defiantly would head there myself to try the other flavours and would consider gifting cakes there to friends :D

Lucky me was gifted some Bloom Cupcakes by Elizabeth Wong. as I was recovering from an illness. What a treat! I had a red velvet, chocolate and this vanilla cupcake with strawberry icing. The cakes themselves were delicious - soft and with just the right amount of sweet. The icings were creamy and not too overpowering with the strawberry flavour on this one being really genuine and not that fake strawberry taste. These cupcakes reminded me of what cupcakes are supposed to be like, in the light of the current cupcake trend. Delicious!!

I absolutely love bloom cupcakes, they are the perfect treat or gift for someone on a special occasion. We recently had my sisters cake for her 21st made from bloom. It looked & tasted amazing. Would highly recommend.

I went there to buy 4 cupcakes. They were soooooo delicious!!!! the cupcakes were so moist and not too sweet, which i love so much. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was lovely. Definitely go back!!!

Been to this place twice, and it never disappoint. The cupcakes were amazing! Also their range of Tea. Lovely service aswell. Good place to chill or just grab some yum cupcakes to takeaway. Will comeback for sure. 5/5

Bloom cupcakes is home to some of the best cupcakes I've ever had!! I had the Nutella cupcake as Nutella is my kryptonite and WOW. It was amazing. The cupcakes were so moist I fell in love! <br/><br/>The cupcakes are awesome but really made me fall in love with this place was the service. The owner was so so lovely! She was so helpful in explaining all the different teas and determined which one we would like best/ went the best with our cupcakes. You could tell she was really passionate about what she was doing which was so refreshing to see and made my experience so pleasant! Would definitely visit again! Loved it here

I had the chance to try cupcakes from bloom the other day - one passionfruit and one salted caramel. The salted caramel in particular was delicious! I definitely plan on returning to try their other flavours. The cakes also look amazing!

One of my most favourite indulgences! This lil cupcake 'n tea shoppe has loads of character, helped along by its very friendly owner. Love the flavours, love the premium tea brands and tea matching to daily cupcake flavours...but by far the best thing about Bloom Cupcakes is it's gluten free offerings. Tasty and light, always a winner with my partner. And it's easy to know when there are gluten free flavours available by checking out their Facebook page.

I was here today a friend of mine introduced this place to me amd honestly as soon as I walked in I felt like a little girl again in a cupcakes shop..I was so happy and the place is so cute. I'm not usually a tea person but I tired the peach tea and it was delicious didn't taste like tea at all. The chocolate mouse cupcake was so Yuummmmyyy it wasn't too sweet just perfect.

This is our favourite hang out place for a nice afternoon tea. The cupcakes are divine as they are light and not overly sweet and there is a hint of saltiness which adds to the umami. Favourite is the salted caramel and raspberry gluten free cupcakes but really all others are also good. They rotate the flavours so you always have something new to try. We also like to eat it with the matching tea which They pair up. Lovely host and decorations to top it all up. It's Perfect! <br/><br/>Chuck H Ng
