Second visit here for some quick and easy Chinese cravings. I wasn’t a fan of the Shanghai noodles dish as it only had chicken and carrots and lacked flavour for me but my kids absolutely loved it, and since the dish was for them I’m happy if they are! The chicken, vegetables and cashew nuts is quite tasty, just order noodles or rice separately for this. Also quite liked the chicken fried rice which I asked to be made a bit spicy and they obliged. The portions are very generous too. Really liked how nothing was greasy or oily. The lady serving at the front is also quite lovely. We’ll definitely be back!

27/12/22 We ordered 2 mains and a portion of chips, plenty for 4 people. Was delish! The best takeout we’ve had in a long while. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Fresh veges in the chop suey and plump mussels from the fryer. Good healthy food if you order the right stuff. Keto options include all the chop suey dishes, which are veges and meat/seafood. (just dodge the carrots if you're strict keto). The egg foo yung dishes are also keto friendly.

Always great food and service. Been going there for years. Better than the one in Takapuna. Food is well cooked, not greasy and very nice. The staff always have a smile in their faces. Parking can be hard at times but worth it.

The most tasty sweet and sour pork I’ve tasted in New Zealand!

I enjoy the honey chicken and the chicken fried rice, used to live in the area and moved away a couple years ago, but was in the shore and had to stop in and grab some honey chicken and chicken fried rice, have tried same dishes from different places and none as good as this one. Just my own opinion, still the same flavor and chicken tastes fresh, have got a few from different places out west , in East tamaki, and even in South Auckland, have found a close second, but nothing beats this place yet.

We have had the plain fried rice and lemon fish on white rice a few times now and have been very satisfied with our meal.

Pretty standard fish and chips for Akld. Hot dog was Pacific Gold premade type. Batter was on the heavy side. Chips were decent and scoop size was about average. Not too oily. Service fast and friendly.
