Beautiful place to have a break and try the delicious coffee with something sweet on the side. Amazing unique decoration. Car parking available on the kerb side and available toilets as well. Wheelchair people are welcome too in the front the veranda outdoor area. Thanks to the friendly lady staff member for amiability.
A gem of a place, we stumbled upon on our way to Waiouru.
You'll be greeted by Sue and Glenn with their smiles and hospitality.
The cupcakes were delightful - we had the traditional and vanilla cupcakes -accompanied by very good coffee. My husband (who is hard to please with food) enjoyed the cupcakes very much.
The dining area is quaint and very cozy.
The prices are very reasonable.
There's parking and takeaway is available if you're in a rush.
And the toilet was also something to really appreciate - very clean, spacious, comfortable and smells very nice (one can actually sleep in it!).
It's hard to miss this place because it's right across the BP petrol station!
Great place and amazing hospitality!! Coffee and sandwich were great! And the two people working there were so kind! It was so good to have a little stop there on my way from Wellington to Auckland. A note apart to the bathroom, it's so cute that couldn't not take a photo (or two)

So darn cute, it was like I was walking into a dream of mine, I was driving from Wellington 2 Tauranga & I stopped here in Bulls just because I saw this cupcake cottage & boy I'm damn happy I did.
Loved loved loved & I don't normally eat a cupcake & say are nicer than mine.... But these ones are 4sure, & even taste delicious next day too,cupcake icing melts in your mouth, moist cake & beautiful balance of cake icing ratio πππ

What a fun stop! We had the velvet cupcake with delicious icing then a old fashioned cheese cake. Awesome service - fantastic and chatty host and the decor was brilliant.

Lovely and cozy place with an unexpected interior, great pastries and coffee. Could also be a trendy and alternative coffee shop in Brooklyn or Berlin
What a lovely suprise when we stopped for our coffee. Alot of effort and sole has gone into this business- it's a an asset to Bulls.
The food is excellent, decor is exquisite along with friendly service and great coffee.
Stopped in and grabbed a couple of cupcakes takeaway today and they we're delicious! Super tasty, beautiful presentation and even better price. The man who served us was lovely, and the set up inside is beautiful. We will definitely be back.
