Review Paddock - Cambridge

Had a lovely breakfast, I took the different but equally enjoyable eggs Benedict with pork belly. The smoothies were good and well presented. The outdoor seating was a real plus and made the place. The coffee was just average and the difference between a four and five star. Three breakfasts, three coffees and a smoothie $98, so up there.

Very nice food bar. Good menu with breakfast and lunch options.

The best bagels Ive had! Soft and crunchy with tons of avocado and the coffee is amazing too. Wish they had more seating space because the food and service here is lovely.

Amazing spot for brunch or lunch! Great service, food is really good and a huge range of vegetarian options as well. Supreme coffee is great and amazing music to top it off. This will become my go to spot whenever passing through Cambridge!

Really good cafe for breakfast and coffee. The inside is very small but there is a lot of outdoor seating. We had the Bircher muesli with seasonal fruits (blueberries, apple and raspberries) and the big breakfast. Presentation was great and everything tasted fresh. Coffee was delicious. Would definitely revisit if in Cambridge again

Wonderful cafe with a large selection of food. The beefy burger was excellent, the beef was so tender and juicy. The large patio made this place also very inviting with blankets too even. Good curated selection of food on the menu and drinks to choose from.

Food here is amazing. Got the Savoury Waffle and the Sweet waffle for my Daughter. Food came out in about 10-15 mins and was one of the best breakfast I've had. Thanks

Locally owned cafe with excellent coffee. Good atmosphere and friendly staff, it has wonderful outdoor seating and a variety of pastries, muffins, etc. Healthy food, too.

Great service, great food. Lovely place to stop for a bite to eat. Will be back again next time I'm in Cambridge :)

Best big breakfast I have had, ever. Friendly people who obviously care about good food. I will make a point of stopping here any time I am in the area.

Very good cafe with a nice variety of food. There is outdoor seating available and limited inside seating. As most other places in this area choices available are all very environmentally conscious. The food quality does not suffer at all. Definitely worth going.

Popular place during the week. Often stop in if i need a Good Strong Coffee & Scone hit when/if Daydream Espresso is closed.

Great burgers and awesome desserts. Nice terrasse and good service. Price is fair for the amoungs.

We had just got back from the Maungatautari Sanctuary and dropped in for a snack. We decided to try the carrot cake. We have carrot cake in many parts of NZ and overseas......the Paddock carrot cake must rate as one of the best. Moist, not over process and an icing to die for. Got our vote. Well done team.

Can't go wrong with a Salmon Bagel and a flat white! Awesome staff very welcoming and friendly! If you don't like salmon, go for the Pork Belly burger mmmmmmm

First time here. Was impressed by the lovely waitress. Food was delicious and very generous portions.. Never have I seen so much are streaky bacon in one serving about 8 pieces. Warning though their salted caramel slice is to die for

I had a Pad Thai today, it was in the cabinet so it was quick and easy for a takeaway option. Well!!!!! when I tasted it, it was beautiful. Nailed the flavours! Thanks for a yummo lunch Paddock

Amazing cafe. Food is outstanding. I'm currently in the middle of a gorgeous banana bread. Gluten diary and refined sugar free. YUM

Wicked place amazing food hard to choose a favorite between the pulled lamb bagel, mushroom bagel or the pork belly burger.

Delicious breakfast, fast service for a busy Sunday morning .Would definitely recommend.

We're visiting from Sydney, Australia and honestly this was the best coffee we've come across in all of New Zealand!! Nothing better than a good coffee before hitting the road again. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you :D

Came here with my parents and sister. Service was propmt and professional. The food was of excellent standard, polenta chips were so fresh and lovely with a tasty hummus. The burgers we ordered also tasted very fresh, the chicken was really chicken with crisp coating, tasty sauce and fresh salad. Coffee strong and hot. All in all...its a winner will definitely go back.

Stopped in for a coffee a few weeks ago and was ignored at the counter. Thought we'd give it another shot and again stood at the counter while every single staff member looked at us and looked away and carried on doing what they were doing. Finally, a lady in the kitchen area came out and served us and I made comment that we were ignored at the counter. She was polite, friendly and took our order. The 2 hot drinks we ordered were nice. The banana bread was delicious. The service was shocking. So today we thought 3rd time lucky for service and try again. Partner went in to order, again was ignored at the counter. He stood there, female sraff member came from the back and asked the female staff member at the front by the counter if he had been served, NO. Purely based on the service I won't be back. There are plenty of cafes in town I have been to and I have to say this is probably one of the worst for service on a Sunday. As for the star rating, I tossed up between a 2 and a 3. 2 for service, 4 for coffees. So I went halfway with a 3.

Loving the friendly service and fabulous coffee. The burgers and especially the rosemary salt fries....delicious!

We loved the 4 egged open omelette this morning for breakfast. It was flavoursome and tasty.I absolutely loved this breaky, it was satifsfing in so many ways. Thanks for making a great start to my day. I certainly will be back to have it again and try more of your food. Thanks :)
