Dux Dine - Christchurch - Photo album

Food was of good portion and nice flavor! The salmon salad was huge and the vegetables were very fresh. Egg Benedict was made well and the sauce was legitimate. Only the French toast was too sweet and the breads were not very crispy. Perhaps the syrup was added too much. Otherwise, good taste, good
14th Anniversary second visit and enjoyed our corner behind the glass with clear ray of winter sun. Shakshuka is good if you enjoy tomatoes you get more than plenty with this dish. Pea+Halloumi fritters is also nice. But the coffee is top notch really really good taste and good balance 👍 ☕ **3 y
The staff here are just amazing ...so friendly, polite and helpful, I had the mushrooms in filo pastry in a beautiful red wine gravy/sauce.
The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly impressive for an all vegetarian and vegan menu. The cocktails are also to die for. Will definitely be coming back
The mussels were great, and I had a nostalgic cocktail that was yummy! Great intimate atmosphere for me & partner.
Beautiful dishes. Fish cooked perfectly, summer risotto was my fav! Three of us felt desserts can be improve presentation.
The restaurant is beautiful, the food consistently delicious. What's not to like. The customers speak too loudly - but that's not the restaurant's fault. Will definitely keep going back here.✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️ Thank you 😆
We ate the seafood platter for two as part of their snack menu. Although they didn’t have mussels, the salmon and calamari were really tasty. There had indoors and outdoors seating options which are perfect for any weather. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a nice place and overall g
It's a bit unfortunate that the fantastic food was let down by the service. We ordered drinks and then food. A while later, an entree and a main arrived but no drinks. (The main was one of two ordered, the same. Why couldn't they bring two?) The other 3 mains took another 30 minutes. The drinks fina
My family has eaten here a couple of times. We feel like the food is a bit of mixed quality; some things we like a lot and some we don’t. Most importantly for us, our preschool-age son gets excited about pizza, but doesn’t eat much because it doesn’t taste very good (and I agree). However, he LOVES
Shared seafood chowder to start. It was a very generous portion and tasty and came in two separate bowls. My sole with lemon butter was fantastic. Feta and caramelised beetroot salad was a perfect accompaniment. The salmon pizza was too much. Had to take half home for dog... lucky guy.
Very busy but staff made it not stressful. Great live music. Fish cooked to perfection. Might pay to book when this busy. Average wait for meal 30 minutes (told 45)
Calamari and cauliflower were amazing, great flavour and the dipping for the calamari was particularly inspired. Got the chowder for a main with extra garlic bread for a main, poor waitress forgot until she came back to the table but rectified fairly quickly. Chowder was delicious but nuclear in te
We were two couples, one of which is vegetarian. The menu has a number of excellent and creative and DELICIOUS vegetarian selections. My husband and I had fish: a typical Kiwi fish dish with eggs and a fish of the day which was do well prepared. Had the polenta fries, and they are a little dense. Pr
Amazing time we had. All staffs are lovely kind :-) foods are fresh and tasty really enjoyed. Big portion we are stuffed. Would love to visit again.
Being vegetarian ourselves, we have been to Dux Dine many times, usually for dinners. Thanks to GrabOne coupons for “lunch platter for 2”, we decided to try these out. My wife and I shared the vegetarian lunch platter while another couple shared the seafood platter. The food was delicious and sump
