After over 5 years in Christchurch, and having tried many breakfast places, this is one of the best breakfasts in town. Maybe even the best breakfast!

A great pub. Good beer, tasty food, and fantastic service. We had the lamb shank and filled steak. Both were great. To top it off we played pool and drank Margareta from a tea pot. We will be going back.

We were in Christ Church for meetings and we found ourselves at Rockpool often.
We found the food to be reasonably priced and the menu had a lot of great things on it. I really enjoyed the lamb shank. We also caught a rugby match.

I come here regularly with some friends for breakfast before we all start work. The $10 breakfast special is good and I usually add a side of hash browns for $4 to top it off. For what you get, it’s a pretty good deal. Customer service is a bit hit and miss, but is not too bad.
I’ve been eating here every time I’m at Christchurch. They got good specials everyday. The one I’m always getting tho is this beautiful lamb. Tastes as good as it looks.

Loved it. The distinguish gentleman at the entrance was very charming and convinced us to enter the restaurant and bar. Absolutely worth it. Food was great, service was awesome definitely want to come back when we return to Christchurch.

Blackboard menu $20 Hineken and ribs and chips and salad. Nowadays everything very expensive but this menu is great cost performance. And good things was teast good too. Late night you need to wait long out side with que.
