We went for breakfast on Sunday morning 8:15, I decided on a whitebait sandwich, the girls had eggs on toast with hash browns, and a dairy free omelet, with a pot of green tea, we all enjoyed our meal, will definitely be back, trying out more meals on the menu and the specials, Thanks for a great experience.

Beautiful café, great food, lovely atmosphere, awesome workers and owner who runs the place are very professional and friendly. The food portions are incredible and the coffee is very well made. 10/10 would come again.

Nice wee Cafe. Only ordered a takeaway coffee which was great! Staff wasn't overly friendly, but what do you want, a hug?? Decent selection of cabinet food and there was a pie warmer - always a good thing. Nice interior and parking right outside but fills up quick.

Very friendly service and a nice food selection at reasonable prices. Coffee was a nice brew. Outdoor seating available. Situated adjacent to a busy road but if you don't mind that the friendly service makes up for it. Off road parking is a plus.

We were immediately greeted in a pleasant manner by who I presume to be the owner. He was very friendly as he informed us of the specials.
We opted for the product from the case and it was prepared and brought out very quickly.
The food and drink tasted amazing and the atmosphere was pleasant. Well worth the visit.

Purple Weka is now what we call our local. <br/><br/>We're always greeted so politely and the food is always so good. My partner is absolutely obsessed with the mince on toast and I must say whoever makes their gf slices that they have from time to time are excellent bakers. <br/><br/>The coffee comes out hot and if I ever call in for a takeaway I always get three shots in my large which is such a bonus, as most only do two.

We've been visiting Purple Weka for years. One of my fav haunts. Hubby recommends the lambs fry. Come here regularly and love it. Very friendly staff and their savoury mince is a top favourite. For something as a quick snack I go for their toasted cheese and corn rolls and their slices are huge. Their coffees are just right and with the daily paper to read it's a lovely start to the day.
