I stay at Novotel regularly for work and usually dine out. I will definitely be dining in from now on as the food was amazing! The steaks were cooked perfectly and everything tasted amazing. With improved service would have given 5 stars

The mains we ordered were great. The bread we ordered came hot from a microwave and turned to cardboard and rubbery when it cooled down. We would have preferred it came from a grill/oven as it would have still been edible after it cooled down.

The staff were lovely, service amazing and the food was delicious! The Salmon had great flavours and the steak cooked to perfection, it just melts in your mouth

The food was quite nice and great to see a number of vegetarian options. The staff were nice too.

Customer service was great. Food did take a while to come out after ordering.

Good drinks, reasonable prices. Food was nicely presented and had an interesting menu. I had venison and lamb rump; both tasted delicious but were a touch over cooked. Nothing extreme though.

We had such a great time staying at Novotel and dining in their restaurant. The restaurant Superviser was friendly, has excellent customer service skills. Also food was nice too. Breakfast was also good. Thank you
