Good japanese food. Good environment. Wasabi has a high kick... The only thing not so good is the sushi train is always empty when reached our seats. Only snacks and drink left. We ended up ordering from the menu. U may park at The Crossing and bring along the ticket to be paid by the restaurant.
Yum! Best sushi train ever! Yummy great variety of sushis and more food. There are some snacks for the kids too. Prices vary from the plate color. You can be full at $40 with small family or with a partner! Really amazing one of my favourites!
Personal new favourite in town! Highly recommend the salmon sashi! Fresh, creamy and super tender! Ramen (tonkotsu also very lovely) with super rich broth. Lots of beverages to choose from as well. Five star! Will definitely come back many times in the future. :)
Cookai best sushi train in Christchurch. I have been here today and many times since they have opened. So fresh yummy and good taste and affordable prices. I would highly recommend a visit and A+++ service.
Probably one of the best (if not, the best) sushi trains in Christchurch. Well priced - you can find most of the common sushi for under $5, with the fancier seafood dishes above that. My average spend is often around $25-$30 here. Has many hot food items too as well as specialty sashimi dishes to or
Friendly staff and great food. Sushi train is always fun and an entertaining way to eat. A little gem in the heart of Christchurch!
Well priced, great selection of sashimi and cooked sushi for the white people. Staff are always welcoming and a great selection of drinks! My favourite sushi train!
I really really wanted this to be my sushi train place. Unfortunately it just didn't . We went as a group for the sushi train experience. Service was friendly but they are clearly understaffed and under trained. We had to call the waitress a few time to get their attention and when asked questions a
Food was nice, but arrived at 7pm and raw fish etc wasn't fresh fresh Its a pitty there wasn't more gluten free food and labeled on the sushi train signs to make it easier as has great potential for people with food sensitivities
Nice service even tho we came in quite late. Appreciated it 🙏
Service is nil. Some of the fried food cold. Sushi and sashimi was really yum. Best was the spicy seaweed. Dumplings were nice.
