One of the best Indian restaurant which serves South Indian traditional foods. Ordered chicken biriyani for lunch with colleagues. Deliciously flavoured rice with right amount of spices and chicken sauce mix . Really appreciate the customer service , thanks to the restaurant manager. 👍
Food here is so different to any other Christchurch Indian restaurants. True South Indian flavours. Shared 3 differential mains that were all delicious. Highly recommended.
Not the same old menu in every Indian Restaurant out there. Appam and mappas curry was really awesome with a touch of taste back home. Kozhi Varathathu is highly recommended if you are a fan of spicy kerala food. Kudos to chef and Tamarind team!
If you are in Christchurch and you are craving for South Indian (typical Kerala style)... I would say Tamarind would be the right place to hit. Delicious, spicy and mouthwatering nadan food.... It was a pleasure to dine with you .... Big thumbs up to the chef and the person behind Tamarind..... Keep
