Preserved Cook School And Eatery - Christchurch - Photo album

We visited the grounds to entertain our 1 year old. The park is lovely and the grounds well kept. There are a few things for young ones to do and when we visited we were by ourselves despite it being a Saturday morning. Would happily visit again or recommend to others.
The tutors are brilliant. I am learning picture framing and painting with acrylics. Both tutors know their stuff and are so helpful and most willing to help.
Park is amazing since the rebuild. Beautiful place to walk around and sit in a relaxing area.
Great hidden gems,I was really surprised how good this place is,we celebrated our niuean language week and our constitution day, really good place 🥰
Well organised course, friendly competent tutor and energetic participants
Wonderful grounds had our Church picnic there and really enjoyed it. Had a lovely family picnic in the grounds a lovely place to go to after Church and catch up with the family for the start of the week. Peaceful and renewing.
Really enjoyed my fermented foods course. Great community resource! Enjoyed the instructor. The building was old with space heaters so make sure you dress warm in colder months. The mugs offered for tea didn't look like they were washed.
My daughter went to the pottery classes for those with an intellectual disability and honestly, she has so much pride in the items she made. The tutor was so so lovely. patient, kind and very skilled.
The outside of the building is as I remember it from my. Youth 40 year's ago. Never been inside. The park brings back many great memories of adventure seeing who could jump the highest of the swings how fast we could make the marry go round go. ARA memories of the endles summer days of my youth
Great place to learn. I do guitar here and love it. Great tutor an enthusiastic classmates. Lots of variety of courses to do. 😁👍
It's a good park that you can spend your time walking around it and has a nice building in the middle.
Went for women's woodwork beginner class by Bruce on saturday. Good facilities and Bruce is experienced and patient in teaching us to use all the machineries safely. Will return for advanced class.
Great community courses
Stunning area to spend an afternoon. Lovely grounds, mature trees and a playground too.
Doing a pottery course there. Aim is to teach real skills. Great Admin, and teachers. Warmly recommend.
Great spot, BUT the parking is awful and lacking . So difficult to access the building (Hall) with equipment etc.
Awesome brand new park here for kids
Small, secluded, has kids playground. Pleasant park area.
Nice and quiet, good place to take dogs for a quick walk.
