Clean and fast service. Friendly staff did a fantastic job preparing my coffees and chicken big Macs for take away. Can't fault it. What you could expect from a good McDonald's anywhere around the world

Very good here friendly staff, food hot except need to salt the chips. Also staff weren't serving anybody at the time they were standing around as it was quiet while the tables and floors were untidy rubbish crumbs and fingerprints from other diners. Otherwise pleasant staff.
I would of given a 4 star as they had forgotten 2 cheeseburgers recently. Didn't bother going back as they are the best McDonald's in christchurch, in my opinion. So I didn't care to much. Recommend.
staff are nice, food is served very quickly, its clean inside and they have kiosks which is good. my sister said she doesnt like the bins cause she got her finger stuck in it lmaooooo

Maccas Sydenham is really a great macca to dine in with families, friends, dating, having meetings in one of the mc cafes area, they have a secluded outside area too right when you get inside the entrance which is quite and good for dine in with nice music going on.

I consider this the best McDonalds in Christchurch - although my McFlurry had no chocolate sauce the other day 🤔 Not sure if they’ve changed the recipe or if it was a mistake, but it was free, redeemed it with the app so 🤷🏻♀️ I’m not complaining!
Love going here at late night to get a soft serve. Theres this polynesian lady who is like family to me at this point. 10/10 because of her and the nice soft serves.
