Clean and fast service. Friendly staff did a fantastic job preparing my coffees and chicken big Macs for take away. Can't fault it. What you could expect from a good McDonald's anywhere around the world

Excellent service from a friendly and polite young lady on the drive through. Tried the chicken almighty and got what I believed is good value for money and really battled to finish burger and all the chips with the large drink. Was also pleasantly surprised at the taste and flavour and do think it is one of the nicest chicken burgers they offer.

Very good here friendly staff, food hot except need to salt the chips. Also staff weren't serving anybody at the time they were standing around as it was quiet while the tables and floors were untidy rubbish crumbs and fingerprints from other diners. Otherwise pleasant staff.

I would of given a 4 star as they had forgotten 2 cheeseburgers recently. Didn't bother going back as they are the best McDonald's in christchurch, in my opinion. So I didn't care to much. Recommend.

staff are nice, food is served very quickly, its clean inside and they have kiosks which is good. my sister said she doesnt like the bins cause she got her finger stuck in it lmaooooo

Over all 4 star. Last time i went i had super quick and really friendly service from a young man. That time i was given a free mcflurry. Tonight good service, although gave me the wrong burger which costs less than the original one i ordered. I enjoyed it anyway as i had already left. Fries were so fresh I couldn’t eat them right away they were so hot. This doesnt happen always tho. Chur

Maccas Sydenham is really a great macca to dine in with families, friends, dating, having meetings in one of the mc cafes area, they have a secluded outside area too right when you get inside the entrance which is quite and good for dine in with nice music going on. Coffee is superb, the muffin breakfast menu is a really must try. The burgers are just irresistible too, and a lot more promotions and new items add on like the $5 mcbites and McSpicy chicken and other gourmet. The playland area is quite handy for parents with children. Toilet is well maintained and the Staff even busy are neat and clean. Drive thru area can be hectic but the Staff tries their best though a bit smiles can sometimes lift up the customers mood and repeat service but it must be hard to work at a fastfood industry. Overall it is a great McDonald’s that is really trying it’s best to preserved the McDonald’s product and service. 👍👍👍💯💯💯

Discovered they have McCafe muffins if you ask for them! But why do they not advertise this or have them on show any more? This is a real disappointment for the people who were McCafe lovers!

I consider this the best McDonalds in Christchurch - although my McFlurry had no chocolate sauce the other day 🤔 Not sure if they’ve changed the recipe or if it was a mistake, but it was free, redeemed it with the app so 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m not complaining!

Love going here at late night to get a soft serve. Theres this polynesian lady who is like family to me at this point. 10/10 because of her and the nice soft serves.
