Loved this please. Very nice owners and stuff and some lovely chairs and seating area too!. I took my two daughters there because I know their muffins are such a lovely treat for anyone. The coffee is really good to so I'll be heading back soon.
They also support charities and good causes. For 3xample they are donating $1 per muffinnsold tomorrow 28th Nov to bellyful which is wonderful.

Nice cosy clean kiosk with seating in the middle of the mall- nearer the Simeon Street entrance.
Staff very friendly and fast making my take away flat white. Good coffee tasted great, at a good temperature and just enough froth.
Food looked excellent but had already eaten. Lots of different options

There's a nack to making a strong muffin holding all the favour in ,,an all the while maintaining the integrity of the cakes soft yet firm, perfect texture,,I'm not even a muffin man,,these people have introduced me to the difference between a proper muffin ,,an a small dry little cake sitting in a soggy paper sock,,,I'm a bit rubbish as a reviewer,,but these are the people to see for a fantastic muffin an , thought if they can make a muffin like that for me then I can take five mins ,,to tell anyone with time to listen ,,if your hungry an not sure what you want ,,you will not regret stopping into muffin break ,,for some friendly customer service,,an probably the best muffins ,,,,in the world,,,, possibly
