A favourite after an early morning start. The buffet is spectacular and the staff are friendly.
I've taken many a workmate here and everyone I have has been hooked. It encouraged at least one "team" at work to organise a team breakfast here.
You won't be disappointed. Parking may be an issue, but a number of buses stop right outside the doors. 😁👍
Tasty dinner main courses. Expensive, especially for wine. Our food was slow to arrive though the server did apologise for this. Fun to watch the activity on the runway from so high up.
The restaurant on the top floor of the Christchurch Airport Novotel. Menu split into East and West themed. Great service and food. Parking is a challenge... Either you're walking a long way from the closest empty free park or you're paying the airport.
We had buffet breakfast with spectacular view of runway! Would highly recommend for a nice place to eat. I like how one doesn't have to be a guest at hotel to eat there.
Lovely place for breakfast, with stunning views over the runway and alps.
Food was great. Even had a honeycomb which dripped honey into a container to use on your toast.
Most amazing views over the Christchurch airport runway and the waiters were good and the meals were fantastic

Delicious seafood chowder.A fantastic view of the entire Christchurch Airport as the restaurant is situated on the top floor of the Novotel chch Airport.
We went to Food Exchange as a group of 15 people, All left the place happy. Service and atmosphere was 5/5, Mains are good, desserts, however, were not the best.
Absolutely amazing best restaurant experience we have had in a long time we’ll dine to the meet. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We had a family meal tonight at the Food Exchange and it was delicious. Our host Shivam was very attentive and had a great sense of humour. It was a lovely setting for dinner watching the sun set over the mountains and watching the planes. Thank you staff.

Nice view if you get a good northwest facing table. Food and service is on par with price.
Great good. Amazing atmosphere, especially when sun is setting having a nice beer or wine watching the planes come and go.
