Fantastic dining experience!
From the begining the service was extremely friendly and the owner was very accomodating with us when we added more people to our booking.
Our food was delicious and the serving sizes were huge! We started with the Vege platter and mixed platter and they had so many tasty nibbles! We all ordered different curries and everyone was extremely happy with the flavours and portion sizes.
100% we will be coming back again and again, thank you so much for making our evening so pleasant 😄🙏

Hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in Christchurch. We had an amazing meal and we will definitely be back. The Goat curry was so smokey and rich. Chicken Saag coupled with the garlic cheese naan was a match made in heaven.

Absolutely blown away by the delicious food from Delhi 6. Had takeaways four times and still can’t get enough. The serving sizes are generous and seasoned to perfection! Highly recommend the saag, vindaloo, and kadai. Can’t wait to come and dine in for the full experience, and try more dishes. By far the best indian restaurant in christchurch!

This is a very good Indian restaurant in Christchurch serving tasty food. Vegetarian options are plenty and price is not too much. Along with the vegetarian curries and naan breads, they also provide a bowl of rice. The restaurant was not crowded when I had been there and takeaway seemed to be the more popular option. They are open until 9.30pm from Sunday to Wednesday and till 10pm from Thursday to Saturday. Staff were friendly and kept checking if everything was okay. Good stuff!

Great service place smelt amazing mouth started watering straight away. Meal was on point even the little man ate most of his. He gives 2 thumbs up and he is prity fussy as most kids are. Definitely going back soon. Thank you 4 an amazing meal

This place is so lovely!! I was greeted cheerfully when I entered, banter was great! But the food was exceptional!! I highly recommend, if you haven't tried this place yet!! I had the chicken korma lunch special!! Money well spent $12 lunch includes choice of lamb/chicken curry (of your choice from the menu), rice and Naan bread!!

Having recently moved to this area Delhi-6 has become my new local Indian restaurant. So I tried it out last night for a takeaway.. Loved it. The BEST butter chicken I have had in years. Plus the rice was cooked to perfection. Garlic naan also just right. Very warm welcome by staff. Great service. I will be back...many times. This is a hidden gem in Christchurch.

Great customer service, greeted us very cheerfully. The best Tikka Masala I've had and the butter chicken was good. I do prefer my naan thicker but still so good and the $11 lunch deal is even greater!

Great food, the mango lassis and cheesy garlic bread were classically brilliant. Tried the goat tikka masala and prawn masala and absolutely could not complain. We had the restaurant to ourselves and had great customer service. Loved it.

Last night I placed a phone order as we were traveling back into Christchurch for 10 to 10, unfortunately they heard 10 past 10 and even though they close at 10pm on a Friday night, that wasn't a problem, we only had to wait 2 minutes when we arrived but the guy who served us was so lovely and apologetic.

We had medium butter chicken and garlic naan, it was honestly one of the best I've ever had.
The meal cost $21 and was more than enough for 2 adults. Great food, and really affordable!
We'll definitely be back, might even be my new local!

We found it through First Table. Amazing foood! Indian tea was great. Paneer pakoras were yum.
Paneer Tikka Masala is to die for. It wasn't to heavy and was just the right portion.
Their laccha paratha is good too.
Highly recommended.

Don't be fooled by what it looks like on the outside. It is a bright, inviting atmosphere and the food is incredible. We had an fantastic Nawabi Chicken and Lacha Paratha.
