Review Collingwood Tavern - Collingwood

Great little tavern. Beautiful scenery, great service and friendly staff. Glad we stopped in here for a few cheeky beverages. They have a great little takeaway area too for some delicious greasy food when you're done. Worth a visit.

If you’ve made it this far, you’re surely hungry and ready for a cold drink! You’ll enjoy this stop for sure, as they have something for everyone. Its very kid friendly with a kids play area in the main dining area inside, as well as outdoor patio options in the back of the bar and also out on the water make a scenic and relaxing place to enjoy yourselves! You certainly want to try the fried chicken! They also have adult games and billiards 🎱 plus you can purchase alcohol and beer to go from their kiosk. One stop shop near the end of the earth 🌎

A few of us were visiting the beautiful golden bay, and stopped in here to refuel with some lunch! What a great choice! We each ordered a coffee (Flat White) a seafood chowder each and a fisherman's basket to share. The Coffee was delicious, as coffee often is! The chowder was thick and creamy, and not too rich which is nice. The fish and seafood in the chowder were fresh, and there was also a good amount of vegetables, providing some nice textures and expanding the flavour profile, without detracting too much from the seafood. The fishermans basket was nice, with Mussels, Scallops, fishbites, squid rings and chips. Well cooked in clean oil, and a nice selection of sauces. A great stop over for a well priced feed, and also a good bar with a pool table just incase the weather is not so flash!

Great family feeling bar, with plenty of cheap food and beers available for a small town. Has a great sunset balcony at the back, and plenty of seats within. Does takeaways, gluten free options, milkshakes, pies, chicken and more. Heaps of beers, RTDs etc in the fridges too if you don't want anything on tap. The burgers are absolutely delicious! I'd recommend the takeaway menu as it is great bang for your buck.

Great place for a cold beer and lunch. Beer garden is right next to the river.

Ordered the Giant burger while staying in Collingwood for the night. Best burger in a long time, this burger was super stacked with meat patty, bacon, egg, beetroot, coleslaw and melted cheese. Deliciousness and perfectly matched with fries cooked ro perfection. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for easy takeout option rather than dine in.
