Great attitude from the friendly and personable team and possibly the best coffee up north that I've had. Highly recommend the Almond Orange muffin and Moca. The Mango sorbet wasn't bad either! Definitely worth a stop on the way to the beach.

Funky container selling good coffee, gelato and croissants. An outstanding addition to the Coopers Beach shops. Enjoyed the friendly banter with the staff. Just a short stroll down to the beach from here too. I hate to say it but they really should allow you to taste the different Gelato flavours and the 1 scoop is quite small.

This quintessential beach (cafe) bar became our essential coffee stop with our daily beach walk. Warm and welcoming staff presented our order efficiently and with a genuine sense of appreciation. Lots of food options were on offer as well.

This great little stop off is mint and so popular. Maybe small but they deliver. Hot coffee and food. Outdoor tables, lovely meeting place.

This is an excellent place for a lunch. Their cappuccino is the best of New Zealand. Very friendly staff.

Lovely atmosphere, quick walk to the beach if you prefer to sit and enjoy there. Coffee and chai latte were delicious, as was the ham and cheese bagel. Gelato is also a must!

Great little hole in the wall coffee place with warm and welcoming staff. Market priced coffee and a small town vibe. Can’t complain

Excellent hot drinks with a good range of food, nicely nestled outside seating under trees and in a prime location - in walking distance to the beach!

Best coffee in the Northland! BeachBox serves beyond-delicious coffee as well as beautiful sweet and savory yummies! We had coffee and breakfast there en route to Cape Reinga on a cold rainy Kiwi winter day. The team there was so kind and friendly, including the owner who offered great advice for our sightseeing.

This place has been going for a few years now and the owner is very knowledgeable about about coffee's. Vax pass is required so that the owner and staff are protected. Food here is great (reccomend the ham and cheese bagels ) and all the muffins gluten free or not are worth trying. Not the easiest place to find but is close to the 4 square at Coopers beach. If you haven't been here you need to because you are missing out on an experience.

The nicest coffee, very popular so be prepared to wait (normally about 5 minutes, not too long) but well worth waiting for. Consistently good coffee every time.

A great spot to get a fantastic coffee early in the morning. The staff a very friendly and professional. It's easy to see why so many locals come here. The online ordering is a great addition.
