Very beautiful decorations, great service and great selection of South east Asian meals and beverages. Recommend Laab Crispy pork. Staff are so friendly. You have to try their dessert sorry forgot to take photos. To excited to eat them.

Stopped in for the first time and loved it! Great lunch menu deal with excellent food, good portions and fast service. Our server was lovely, will definitely be back to try more dishes! Satay and General Tso's Chicken chefs kiss

Fantastic food and very friendly staff. Food was full of flavour and more importantly authentic. Good ambience inside the restaurant. It is small but the food is great.

We had a recommendation to check this restaurant out so off we trotted. Upon arrival we had a look at the menu and it looked good, the place was clean, staff friendly and quite busy. Then the food....it was just stunning. Fresh, tasty and diverse. All we both had was top notch but the Shanghai dumplings with Panang Curry Sauce was out of this world. I would go back just for these beauties. All in all a great experience and we’re certain to return.

Didn't quite live up to our hopes for a stand out meal, due to some of the more interesting choices on the menu which had lured us here, all being off the menu. Not sure if this was the season (just before NYE when just about everywhere else was closed) or bad luck, but it put a dampener on the meal. That said, the dishes we did order tasted fine, were well-priced (a student town with student prices), service was fast, and the choice of beers and wines by the glass was surprisingly good.

A lovely little place with some awesome food! The share plate portions were on the small size, but damn they were tasty! We also had a serve of the Beef Rendang, loved that it automatically came with rice too. Service was great and location had ample parking in the surrounding streets. We’re only visiting Dunedin which sucks because I’d definitely come back.

We had a fantastic meal at this new enticing restaurant on George St! The service was great and food came out so promptly, sizzling on the hot plate. It was less than 10 minutes wait for our meals to come out. The begetarian options were cheap (~$18) and so delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice Asian meal out in Dunedin!

Great setting and ambience but the food all seemed a little too toned down /westernised for our tastes. Good range of dishes too select from though, and staff were super friendly. Great drinks selection

Best meal I've had in such a long time! So much flavour it was stunning! Food comes quickly and staff are very attentive with filling water but not annoying like some places. We ordered the tempura chicken, crispy fish in roti, pork belly with Asian dipping sauce and the beef rendang. It was all so delicious would definitely recommend the crispy fish it was the dish of the night. AMAZING!

Brilliant authentic asian food and a great atmosphere, not too expensive. Only negative was that the staff couldn't quite cope with the business and certain aspects of the table were missing on some tables (tissues, cutlery). However the staff were really nice and I imagine that considering I went on a Friday it's just a symptom of successful, busy restaurant. Also got to watch a bunch of teenagers on really awkward dates where no one was talking - incredible.

Very cool interior with lantern lights and a straw hut bar. It is quite dimly lit so not the best lighting for taking pictures but good for the atmosphere. There’s a mirror on the right of the wall, which is a nice touch. The servers are quite lovely (except for mishap below) and I received my food quite promptly even though was advised it might’ve been a bit of a wait. Unfortunately our server was inadequate with understanding half of our order, which caused us to wait for ages!! Not happy about that.
The coconut prawns were crisp with a crunchy coconut coat accompanied with a spicy wasabi infused sour mayo which really complemented the prawn! The meat was tender but this wasn’t like the authentic Malaysian prawns I’ve had before-I felt like the prawn and coat weren’t as intermeshed, but I guess this is Thai and not malay, and I still enjoyed it! 3.5/5
The ribs are unlike the normal ribs you get at grills, they are short boned without sauce similar to ones at Chinese restaurants. They were alright, the meat was chewy and a bit dry so not my go to type ribs but similar to asian spare ribs (the teeny ones). Well seasoned, but the meat was just a bit too dry for me to thoroughly enjoy them. Most definitely not worth the price!! You might as well go to Thai Hanoi restaurant for the same thing at half the price. 2/5
Both dishes were accompanied with a bit of leafy greens in the side.
My friend ordered the salmon green curry which was tasty. The flavor was spicy with s but if sweetness lingering against the creamy coconut base. Slightly over salted but at least there was rice. There’s an odd sourness in it which I couldn’t quite decide if it enhanced the flavor or not. Need to try some authentic Thai to compare. 3/5
Overall the prawns were pretty good, their mains sound good, but everything is slightly overpriced especially when they have the ‘street food’ label on it. So worth? Hmm definitely not missing out on a lot! Need to try other Thai cuisines to compare!

Excellent Asian fusion . Walked into a darken restaurant which was warm and smelt delicious. Greeted by a very friendly girl who gave us the window seat.

Ceviche salmon for starters was very flavoursome. Just a warning you really don’t need an entree as the mains are more than enough .

We had the satay prawns (paid a couple of dollars more as it wasn’t on as a choice of protein. Plus the Cambodian pepper and lemongrass prawns, plain rice came with it. Both so fresh and full of flavour.

Wine by the glass very limited however thoughtful choices.

Would recommend this place.
We came for a meal mid week. The service was good and the restaurant had a lovely warm feel. The food was great and my daughter especially loved the chefs special peanut sauce.

Second review:
We came for a 50th birthday, 12 of us. I was phoned while we were driving in to ask if our booking could be pushed back 15min due to another booking arriving 1/2 hr late. They were very aplogetic and we were seated then moved to the large table. We ordered a shared meal, brought our own birthday cake. The food was great and all my friends said they would go back. Our only suggestion would be they need noise reducing foam on the ceiling.... it got very loud and hard to hear the person across the table.
