Such a lovely cafe with AMAZING staff who are super friendly and welcoming. I come here most weeks now as it’s very child friendly (friendly customer service, lots of seating & an indoor playground nearby) and they also serve great coffee! My only recommendation would be to start offering some vegan options in your cabinet food, that would be amazing! Highly recommend visiting here, you won’t regret it :)

It is a nice cafe and is humming most days. It is beautiful to sit down and explore the surroundings that's full of plants, sheds and pots e.t.c at Mitre 10.
The kitchen was closed unfortunately when we arrived. Ordered two small lattes in glasses and a piece of baking with breakfast rosti.
Lattes were served in massive cups. It was like drinking 500ml of milk. Didn't enjoy super diluted coffees. The baking was spot on. The rosti was crunchy, egg runny and bacon perfect. The whole dish tasted divine with creamy hollandaise sauce.
A nice place to sit and chill.

Coffee was amazing, Duh it's Columbus. I enjoyed every bite of my eggs benny. Potato rosti was perfect. I don't think you can make poached eggs better than this! And the generous portion of bacon was bladdy delicious. 10 stars all round. Even the service was great!

We go here often for coffee and food. It is a busy wee place but the service is good, staff friendly, the food is consistent and there are plenty of options from a menu or in the cabinet. Also nice coffee.

Columbus has amazing food. Whether it's the Asian Chicken Salad or the Bacon Buttie Bagel it's all delicious. For breakfast I definitely recommend the Columbus Breakfast or the Paleo. Did I mention a 10 out of 10 in coffee selection.

Just had Southern Fried Chicken and Waffles at Columbus Coffee in Mitre 10 and WOW!!! It never had a chance once it met my mouth. Well done Columbus Coffee.....well done!

Delicious food ,great coffee helpful service. Wonderful Columbus breakfast. Good price considering other cafés charge around $15 for toast. Great place to have brekkie then go tool shopping.Highly recommended
