Not really the flashiest place to dine in but the food is brilliant and service times are short. It was very busy when we signed but it was a short lasting rush. If you can ignore the decor and just concentrate on the tasty food

Smaller place with not too much sitting. Doesn't seem like the people running this restaurant are Japanese. Tried the chicken katsu curry and prok goyza. The curry was typical Japanese curry with potatoes and carrots and katsu was nice. Cannot recommend goyza as they will deep friend and filling dry

I have visited every Japanese restaurant Dunedin has to offer and this is by far the greatest experience my tastebuds have ever had. The chicken california role is top tier as is the karaage with curry. Will never use another Japanese restaurants services in Dunedin ever again. A++++ Up Hashi
