Really nice pizza!!!! Especially the dough! The toppings were unique and delicious. The white pie was very rich so you should just have a few slices. The red pie was my favourite. The service was great and the prices are reasonable

Loved the white pie! It was perfect! Great little bar and restaurant-we felt lucky to get a table! Also had the boysenberry cider-very tart and very tasty!

Admittedly took me a while to get around to trying this place only because of my short memory but now I've tried it I'll never forget it! Ordered the mushroom pie and it was delicious, was going to take a photo for this review but was so good, and so hungry, it didn't last long. My pups also enjoyed the box 😂

Amazing pizza and local craft beer! One of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. And the tap range was on point with plenty of local NZ beers to choose from. Staff super friendly, good music and a great atmosphere. I’ll be back!

Such delicious pizzas, excellent tiramisu, super friendly service and really nice vibes. Some of the best food we’ve had in the South Island - a real treat!

Yet to have had a bad pizza here. Between my partner and I getting it to take away or catching up with the fellers for a couple beers it always hits the spot. Staff are lovely and txt to order is so easy. Great food, great beer, great spot.

I publicly confessed my love to the staff here and I don’t even know any of them, but the folks here are clearly passionate about their venue because everything has been worked out to a T. The cocktail menu is full of delicious and thoughtfully created drinks - the sour cherry margarita is wonderfully balanced, and filled me with memories of Greece (sour cherries are big there). The pizza selection was difficult to choose from because it all looked fabulous- I went with the mushroom pie and topped it off with chili oil at the recommendation of the charming server, and it was perfection - the pizza was perfectly cooked, the dough was flavourful, soft and chewy on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. I cannot effusively praise this place enough, it makes me sad I’m not rich and living in Dunedin. I’d eat here several times a week if I could and I’d probably be really drunk a lot because of this place! 6/5 stars and I’ll be back as soon as I’m in town again. Ngā mihi nui!

I'm Italian and I can tell you that this is bloody good pizza. I had a vegan pizza with broccoli tops and olives ...just wow. I was so impressed. Great job guys! 👍👌

Easily the one of best pizza’s in NZ. The Spicy Pie with their in-house infused chilli honey is unreal! Top value, great pizza, great beer!

Sumptuous pizzas, in fact we reckon the best we’ve ever had. Great cocktails too! The staff are lovely & friendly (like all of Dunedin!) and were more than happy to give us local bar recommendations, as well as some pertinent life advice to perhaps slow the night down a bit (thanks Charlotte, we had a great time at karaoke! 😂)

WOW! Real oven baked, amazingly satisfying... Please open a branch in Whangarei! Also, a beer available while you're waiting.. missing from all mainstream franchises.

I really enjoyed my trip to Pizza Bar on a Friday night a few weeks ago. My partner and I didn't have a reservation however we got a seat straight away! The woodfired pizza was fantastic and the drinks range was wide and reasonably priced. The menu is easily customisable for dietary restrictions and the vibes are immaculate. The staff are polite and attentive. I would definatly recommend!

I am writing this as I am eating the best pizza in Dunedin. I asked the staff what they recommend, pizza and beer wise. I was served the white sauce mushroom pizza, on a traditional Napoli base, I could almost cry. Nothing comes close in Dunedin. The beer given to me was super light and summery, complimenting the richness of the mushroom pizza. Wish I could give more stars.

Best pizza place in town. The dough is super fresh and of the right thickness. The pizze look amazing and taste even better. Downside (at least for my fellow compatriots): pineapple is on the vegetarian pizza (ma perché?!), so you might want to ask them to remove that. Besides that, totally Italian experience!
