Review Forest - Epsom

Absolutely the nicest ladies that work here. Come down for coffee most mornings when I can and always leave feeling like my mood is a little better. Service is always quick and super friendly. Very customer first experience.

Had an amazing fusion style bang bang chicken Benedict which had lots of flavours that worked really well together. The green smoothie was nice and refreshing too. Doughnut had a nice filling but the dough itself was a bit bland. I liked how their menu was simple but accommodates for all diets. Overall awesome food and will defs come back to try more

The coffee is so good and the food is simply delicious. I tried quite a few dishes and always so delicious. I will absolutely recommend it.

I like there's varities of cabinet food to choose from. The wholemeal almond crosaint was very nice. The lady (owner?) served us was nice. Will go back again.

Lovely, tasty cafe food and really friendly staff. They add their own unique and delicate touch onto dishes which makes this Cafe stand out from the rest. Really good, smooth coffee.

Odd place for a cafe but Forest cafe proves to be popular. Great service and good food. We ordered the mushroom bene and the bang bang chicken bene. Both were good portions and really tasty. If you like a bit of spice go for the bang bang chicken Benedict. Otherwise the classic bene is good too!

Forest Eatery Cafe has quickly become an absolute favourite in the heart of Greenwood’s Corner! Their friendly and accommodating service along with food and drinks finely crafted with heart and dedication puts them above the rest as a 5 star worthy cafe. They value their customers and have made me feel welcome and appreciated in every visit. The pancakes in this instance was delicious and would highly recommend. Thanks Forest team!

Wasn't the biggest fan of the chicken salad i ordered as it was too spicy of my likings and the aperance was 50/50, but the vanilla latte i got was literally THE BEST coffee i've had. The service here is okay and the prices were really good as their not too high.

Excellent customer service, made us feel welcome in a positive and enjoyable environment. The Forest pancakes were divine! Much loved by family and friends.

This could be overlooked in Greenwood’s Corner and a bit of me wants it to be as it is fabulous. The service., coffee and food are excellent. The smashed avocado and poached egg are what is needed these days, especially when this year’s avocados are a modest harvest to put it mildly. We will go back there now regularly . The two women are charm itself.

I rate this place. Always have. Its had a couple of ownership changes over last couple of years but they’re still consistent. It’s always had great coffee. Lattes thick and creamy. Small cabinet offering usual lunch fare, muffins and scones and they’re not so big that you can’t manage them. It’s clean and friendly.
Today I had the poached eggs on ciabatta for $8.
Probably should be busier this place. I rate it. ❤️

And I’ve come today and chosen the mushrooms on ciabatta. Usual high standard. Gorgeous food.

Friendly and accommodating staff, happy to alter a menu item to make it dairy free and came to offer me more hot water to refill my tea without me asking. Food was tasty, well cooked and came out quickly. The cafe had a steady flow of customers while we were there but wasn’t loud or crowded. Lovely organic loose leaf tea and great coffee. We’ll be back again for sure 😊

You are warmly welcomed as soon as you step into this cute and nice cafe in Epsom.
Decor is very simple and looks great , I loved the tiny bunnies on top of the shelves.

Coffee is great, amazing texture , simple art and good temperature.

Is great to come in two or small groups.
Big selection of cabinet food, the menu is simple, but they had a board with a lot of extras and I got the mushrooms on toast from the board.
Great presentation, egg could have been a bit more runny, but not a problem for me.
Intense mushroom taste for the cream
And perfectly cooked shrooms.

Overall a relaxing experience that I’m looking forward to repeat.
Always good and fast. Excellent menu food and plenty of choices for cabinet food. The de-cafe coffee is smooth, the service friendly - highly recommended.

Forest Eatery Cafe is my favorite local coffee place in Epsom. The baristas are super friendly and they make the best tasting coffee possible. A cup of flat white and date scone make a perfect morning. All of their other drinks and pastries are worth trying too. Next time I want to try their bulgogi sandwich. :D

Service is friendly... coffee comes quick but food is not so fast...
Ambience is small but not too bad, nice atmosphere and feeling.
Coffee is great
Food is not very good... lesson learnt: never ever put beetroot with eggs and avo. Avocado was slightly brown and toast overdone.

A small cafe in Greenwoods Corner that serves great coffee. Had a French stick with lovely lemony chicken salad inside plus a very healthy ;) bliss ball which was also good.
Great friendly service.
Great for lunch but limited seating including outside tables watching the mass of cars on Manukau Rd.

Forest eatery cafe is a cute little new comer to Green woods corner. Great for a quick coffee or bite if your hungry. We had the avocado smash (predictable huh) which was good!

The Forest Eatery café is just as charming as its name. Friendly service the moment you arrive, and a gentle atmosphere that seems to relieve all stress as you sit down with your food and coffee. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

Just came here for coffee (Supreme beans) and it was delicious! They also use the velvet barista milk which personally makes or breaks a coffee for me. Will definetly have to come back for a meal one day. Cafe was very cute, clean and modern and staff were super friendly. Good edition to the area!
