Great food and friendly service! We were happy to find this place after a long hike at the Putangirua Pinnacles Scenic Reserve! Cool spot with outdoor seating and a gift store.
Nice late lunch. Caramelized nuts too sweet in the sandwich for me, but really nice to have a veggie option and loved the other sandwich contents. Good coffee. Service friendly but indifferent. Got the feeling everyone was looking forward to closing, although this was 90 minutes before closing Didn'
A must stop off on the way to or from lake Ferry, very good coffee and cheese scone! Other counter food looked tasty, acres of outdoor seating and some sheltered couches under cover. Very homely and welcoming. Polite young lad was clearing the tables, good work 😁. There are some very good quality bl
The wonderful thing about The Land Girl is it's such an unexpected surprise to find such a charming and convivial cafe so far off the beaten track. Even better, it has excellent coffee, delicious food and friendly land girls behind the counter -- what more could you ask for? Oh, and they have the be
Wonderful little spot with cozy, community vibes. Definitely worth a stopover if you’re in the Lake Ferry / Onoke area.
A small aesthetically pleasing cafe and gift store. Friendly staff. Little options for the food selection but there are all so good in every bite! The steak and cheese pie was the highlight. They have the indoor and outdoor table to chill and enjoy the vibes there. Love the atmosphere! Great place t
Nice food, good coffee, friendly staff. We stopped there when cycling to the coast. Was perfect place to refuel tired legs.
This place was an absolute haven on a recent bike ride. We would have been happy with any nourishment, but the food was tasty and the coffee was amazing.
A good cafe to enjoy a cup of good tea under the sun. The place is full of history and it was a good time spent here. The cakes and scones here are delicious. Don't forget to get a jar of home make honey on your way out.
Fantastic place for a break. We only had coffees and some pastry but it was very nice. The place is full of locally made stuff to buy.
