Review The Canopy Restaurant - Franz Josef

We did the set menu and it didn’t disappoint, a great mix of dish’s cooked very well, the atmosphere was a little odd though as it doubles as a general hotel restaurant so is used for breakfast in the morning ect. The service was acceptable but nothing too special, no one looked overly happy to be there. Overall would go back though as the food was the winner, standout was the rack of lamb 👌

12/04/2016 - look at those delicious food! 😋 There's no word to describe it. It was very nice (cooked perfectly) and tasty. It is a five course meal and for each course, you can choose from 4 to 6 choices. I love to eat them all but strongly suggest you to try the Sous vide venison (main), it was delicious 😍. The staff are very friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They will let you know each time they serve the dish. Anyway, it was an enjoyable experience and I strongly recommend that you need to try it before you regret later for not eating there... I know I won't as I'm still thinking about it 😁 (*drooling) Would I go back? Yes 👍

Absolutely 5 Stars if they had 10 than I will give them the 10 Stars. Very good food, friendly nice service. The Glacier melt more and more, it's so sad, but it looks like Franz get another Attraction.
