Early riser cafe. Great strong coffee. Perfect to start the day with a coffee and some sunshine on the terrace

Nice selection of pies. The butter chicken pie was tasty. Liked how you could sit inside but the windows to the outside fully opened.

Great wee place. Lovely service, yummy scone and ☕ coffee.

Good normal food at average price, excellent service from friendly staff. Cool little cafe and would recommend, also took my allergies in account no worries at all

The only coffee shop we found open 7am Saturday. Quite a good choice of pies/slices/muffins and great coffee. Lots of seats including outside seating. Very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Especially recommend checking outside wall with plenty of pin-art pictures 🤩

Not the best muffins we had so far in NZ but not bad either. We took the Banana-Choc (very good) and the Raspberry-White-Choc (average) to go, 5$ each.

Staff somewhat ok, dispite what others say (We are Chinese Singaporean). Food is the best here, especially the hot chocolate, since we never have time to visit the other cafes around here.

A nice cafe in this region. The vibes are great and we enjoyed out short stay there to have our energy restored. Staff are nice and the service is nice. They also have boiled water which is friendly for customers who wanted hot water. Tap water and hot water are free.

Why 5 stars? Well just my opinion on this place, to me a old fashioned milk bar and great range of good old fashion fresh food at just about old prices. Things like fresh pies and filled rolls and sandwiches, but your fancy stuff if thats what you want. Lots of room for bigger crowds and all wrapped up in a modern fresh clean facility and quick service. So 5 stars from me and a first highest score from me and why I bothered taking photos. See you next time I am in Geraldine.

This cafe is lovely, very busy and great cakes, i got a split doughnut and a good English breakfast tea. They have a live beehive in here too which was very cool, the bees were contained in and safe.

Great range of foods, served hot and ready to eat. Friendly staff and plenty of seating.

Delicious food and friendly staff. The apricot and hazelnut slice is yummy and the mini slice selection is excellent for an on the road snack

Wonderful staff and great breakfasts. The coffee is on point as well. At 7.00am in Geraldine this place is hard to beat.

Great selection of food, better than just a bakery

We had a great lunch from Berry Barn, great cabinet food & hot food options too. Would stop there again on our way through Geraldine. Free sauces for Pies and Fries is a bonus. We had misplaced some children's items while at the Cafe and didn't notice until afterwards and Berry Barn were super helpful in getting that back to us - Thank you.
