Beautiful atmosphere, lovely attentive staff. We have the most amazing entrees, the Vietnamese pancake and seared venison with blue cheese on walnut bread. O.M.G, it was divine! The pork belly with a side of beans was huge; we couldn't squeeze in a dessert, but we will definitely be back.

It would pay to book a table on Thursday to Sunday to guarantee your seat. Menu options was fresh and a good local flair to it. Steak was good and well cooked. Cocktails, beer, wine and spirits available. Service was confident and honest which is good to see.

There is a beautiful bar that offers a variety of wine cocktails and other beverages. Very suitable place to drink and chat.

Wonderful food. Probably this place is the first place in Gisborne for me that cook steak right as asked. If you like drinks, this place is for you. Their drink list is 3-4 times their food menu.

Just stopped in for a drink to kill time. Would recommend trying the mocktail of all things. If you're happy with it ask for a vodka shot if needed. Service was great, staff were knowledgeable.

Excellent food and service and would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. The only negative was the too loud music. We couldn't converse with anyone other than the person sitting next to you - not so good for a family outing.

My wife and I were recommended USSCO so we made a point of having dinner there over the weekend while in Gisborne for a wedding. We could not fault the service or food and I would go as far to say it is probably the best meal I have ever had eating out. I will recommend USSCO to anyone looking to eat out in Gisborne and will definitely make a point of eating there again when next in Gisborne.
