Attended the GBHS Ball as school staff. The food was well presented and had a good variety meats and salads for the price. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Dessert was a hit with the students and staff. Can definitely recommend this Bistro in the hotel. Will absolutley try the Bistro with out the students!
