Review Aroma India - Greytown

The food is delicious! We ordered chicken korma, chicken Tikka masala, beef vindaloo and beef madras.The curries are flavourful and full of tender meat/protein. Flavour profiles and spice level are distinct. Breads are freshly made and delicious. BYO only. No alcohol on site.Would definitely recommend supporting this restaurant. We really enjoyed our meal here...would def return 😊

Unashamedly, we have eaten Indian food across continents of the world, especially in India and Europe. The exceptionally well cooked and beautifully light food offered by Aroma vies, in my opinion, with some of the finest food of it's genre that I have ever tasted. I hope that it is suitably revered both by the inhabitants of the town and is visitors accordingly.

The food was extremely delicious and money worth. The favour and the aroma was divine. The samosa was exceptional. Its had true indian feeling. Reminded me of home.

A peaceful dining experience with lovely friendly service and simply the best curry I've had in years. I spent more recently on takeout in Auckland and it couldn't compare. The food is simply amazing. The spice blends perfectly balanced.

Though we didn't have a booking for mothers Day, they gave us a table for myself, my daughter and moko. Family friendly. The service is amazing,food can't be faulted, and the atmosphere in the restaurant itself is warm,inviting, and clean. Will definitely go back.

Very nice Indian food place.. Very spacious, lovely authentic Indian cuisine.. Superb ambience and fantastic service offered by a team of cheerful and efficient staff members.. Food portions were very liberal and the taste was genuinely homely.. Certainly worth a second or more visits..

Excellent Indian restaurant in Greytown. It was a little odd being asked whether I wanted my dish to be mild medium of hot (a hot korma, anyone?!), but the food tasted great. Can't fault the staff either, who were friendly, welcoming, and served with a smile. It's also a BYOB place, so bring your wine and/or beer with you.

Delicious Indian food available here. We tried chilli chicken at this place and it was very nice and spicy.

We just had great dinner. It was our first indian restaurant in New Zealand (my kids’s first indian food in their life) We ordered lamb masala, butter chicken, Garlic prown with butter roti. And it was great and worth. See you again.

Passing through for the night and decided to have dinner here. Excellent food, beautifully presented. Probably the best we've had in NZ. Very nice host and spot on service. Highly recommended. Thanks, Tjeerd & Caroline
