Glad to be back at the Helm. Lovely sunny day. Opted for lunch on the enclosed verandah. The staff were friendly, the service was prompt and the gourmet pie with peas, mash n gravy was delightful. Great Kiwi hospitality. Well done. 5 🌟

The staff were amazing. Friendly, warm and inviting when we arrived. Service with a smile and very helpful. The food was delicious and on point. Steak was so good and cooked to perfection and the mussels was delicious and mouth-watering. Very affordable and worth it.

My lamb meal was delicious and the young man that took me to my seat and helped out was genuine, polite and helped me feel comfortable. There was another lovely waitress who recommended the strawberry cheesecake. I only wish I took photos of the food as it looked at tasted great.

Delicious food!! The sauce on the mussels was divine. A bit expensive but still very yummy. It was quite loud when we were there for lunch so not a place to go if your looking for a quiet, peaceful meal. Overall, I would recommend đź‘Ť
