Saturday night, place was busy as, line to the door, all tables full with people waiting // We ordered on the app and waited the stated time and when we went to collect, it was ready. The part that blew us away was how well the burgers were put together, they literally looked like the pictures and were made by someone who really cares! We get Burgerfuel every other week and have so for 25 years and have to say this was one of the best if not the best. Pay rises all round I say.

Come to the BurgerFuel, you will forget about Maccas, KFC, Burger King, Carl’s Jr, Wendy’s etc. .
Excellent: just look at how big they are and how much are filled in each one. Friendly staff and food was made within mins. Will come back .

We did an order for our work lunch and I cannot talk highly enough of Varun & his team. They went above and beyond and their service was amazing. It was an easy process and our team loved their burgers. Will 100% be doing this more often with these guys. :)

Our server Katy was super friendly and helpful. Our meal was delicious. Restaurant was very busy with a pumping atmosphere. Will definitely eat here again. Keep up the great work Katy!

Free parking at The Base for this Burger Fuel branch, wheelchair accessible with toilets. Plenty of seating inside and a few small tables outside also. Friendly staff, tasty food and very filling but wait times and prices are little on the high side.

Atmosphere was great here with the store feeling like you are near the ocean, service was fast and simple and the staff was very friendly. The food was very nice but I noticed the potato fries were a little bit undercooked but overall 9/10 stars for me.

Delicious organic and filling burgers. Everything melts in your mouth. Service is great and there are seats inside and outside the venue. The prices are worth the value and if you get a meal the aioli is rich and creamy. This store holds up well to the burger fuels based in Sydney.

Super clean and the staff are lovely. Food is a bit more on the pricier side however its definitely worth it as the quality is top notch. Super nice service and the facilities are great as well.

My alternative vegan burger was cooked perfectly. So delicious. I added salad to it which made it way better too! Might have been a little too much sauce but can't complain about that haha the new Sweet potato fries are crunchy and yum too! Thanks!!
Ordered and paid for online for pick up at certain time. It was a little delayed but luckily that wasn't a biggie. But my mates pattie wasn't cooked properly (still pink) and my alternative vegan patty had been cooked a bit too long on one side so was a little rubbery. Kumara chips were undercooked so were soggy and not crunchy. Seems understaffed? Will stick to Frankton

Love the food at BurgerFuel overall, however it is very cold at this restaurant as it is outside. Till operator was kind to show us how to use the doofer, and gave us good recommendations for what to eat as first time BurgerFuel-ers, according to our tastes

After a long field trip in the wilderness, our class was keen for some hot and tasty food. The staff were all good with the sudden influx of people and served our meals very quickly. All meals were served hot, fresh and everyone was satisfied for the long drive back to uni!

When your on your way home and it's late seems like the "better" choice of fast food... what can I say really... they're all similar. Did get the American Muscle ... I was hungry and it was hot and fresh so yum although did the miss lettuce in a burger. Chips were cooked well and hot too so yum.

One word: foul. The hamburgers were disgusting. The meat was bland, the lettuce limp, the bread dry & the prices ludicrously overpriced. Their only saving grace is their staff who is lovely & the only reason this review didn't get a 1. (Ate there in June 2015 - things may have changed since then.)

Just finished my chicken buger and kumera chips. The kumera chips where well cooked not at all dry but the aoli type sauce tasted very much out of the bottle and was a little sweet for my liking. The burger while rather tasty with a nice balance of filling..I was surprised at the small size for $7.20 it really was a junior size would have liked a lil more.

Great burgers, chips and everything really. Service is friendly too. Check them out if you want excellent gourmet takeaways. Will keep going back for a worthwhile meal.<br/>Check out their other branch in Frankton, its even better IMO.

I thought all BurgerFuels were equal ... But was proved wrong.<br/>We always go to the Five Cross Roads store but The Base is closer to home so thought we should give it a try.<br/>Disappointed that our burgers were light on sauces & were not the hottest ... & the chips were average.<br/>Still tastier than any other burger franchise but just not up to the expected high standard!
