I was very happy with my Bacon Backfire chicken burger. It was well cooked, there was a generous amount of brie and the onion was taken off as requested, yay! The two young ladies who served me and made my burger were friendly and well presented, great work girls!

They should have codes for their VIP emails. Got told that I need to call in for the free stuff and don't select on the website.
Next time I did as told, mentioned a few times the vip deal on the phone and they still try to charge me for the free goodie at the check out.
Besides the system needs upgrade, great food and friendly stuff (they were never nasty or anything when we solved the free food issue).

This actually blew my mind! Came here Friday afternoon and over the many times I have been here have decided the perfect combo: the bacon roadster, onion rings and everything, with the sweet potato fries and caramel thickshake. It is expensive but it's so worth it. They have table service to an upstairs seating area that is large enough for their number of customers. My first experience was fantastic but I've been back multiple times and not been so happy, the staff seemed insulted when asked for ketchup and they seemed to prioritise take away over eating in and for the number of staff still take a while.
I am still going to continue going back, but for the burgers.

The atmosphere is pretty damn chill and the food is good every single time, it doesn't miss. Sometimes your orders can take a little while but they are very busy in there.

Not the biggest fan of takeaway burgers as they all seem quite generic but ‘The Ford Freakout’ from burgerfuel is something on a different level! One of my favourite burgers of all time, definitely a go too when eating takeout and is perfect with the spud fries and burgerfuel aioli!

Yum. Burgers and shakes are awesome. Establishment is nice and tidy. Because of where it is situated the entrance is always blustery but they make up for it by keeping the inside warm. Staff is always friendly too
