Jam was our favourite cafe for many years - especially when my son was young, because it has a wonderful play area for the kids. Food and coffee were always good. When I went recently, I was disappointed at the lack of gluten/dairy free food options, so sadly, I couldn’t have anything to eat.☹️ The atmosphere is still great however, the kids area is awesome and there’s plenty of food options for those without intolerances or allergies.

Another great destination cafe co-located at Queenwood shops with some delightful boutiques as well. Spacious and clean this cafe offers a truely tasty selection of cabinet and menu items. You'll be back to try them all!

you will spy a beautiful Cafe,which...admittedly..I am biased, having had breakfast there, a number of times.
But, all credit to "Jam At Queenwood"... there is a certain, special feeling... its in the air, electrifying....
It's just people working hard... to show off their Community, at its best.
....
But... the Salmon Eggs Bene... hands down... the best I've tasted

Jam on Queenwood is a suburban cafe that's VERY dog friendly.
I counted 7 dogs belonging to four different patrons.
Inside outside dining, Jam on Queenwood is a great place to have a coffee (or stronger) in the fresh air.
Good selection of counter and menu offerings.
Fully licensed in the heart of Queenwood Village.
Two designated "accessible" car parks right outside the door, with plenty of free parking make it a good choice to visit.

Perfect place for breakfast, brunch or lunch with great coffee the option to order of the menu or cabinet menu at anytime of day. The food is fresh, tasty, nicely presented and reasonably priced with a wide range from scones to meals. With indoor and out door mixed seat from 2 to 8 people in a relaxed decor. (Bookings can be made as it is busy on the weekend). The staff are friendly and helpful. If you have a gold card you can get a 10% discount on Monday - Friday.

Nice little cafe off the beaten track, tasty range of cabinet and á la carte menu food. We had the Chicken Burger and Vege Lasagne. Burger was nice but Lasagne was luke warm, and they were too busy to check on our meals. Good coffee

We visited Jam for lunch on Mothers Day. It was very busy. The staff were attentive, smiley, and organized. There were lots of choices of food, including a special menu for Mum's. The food was delicious and well presented.

Pleasantly surprised to find this quality food establishment in such a built up residential area. It was bursting with regulars, zipping in and out for their coffee's. Prices match the food quality and the atmosphere was cheerful. I've knocked a star off as I've been back a couple of times and been disappointed with the deli selection (no cronuts :-( ). Ownership has now changed hands too.

Good food and service but interior tired and needs a revamp. Cushion back bench seating at the back torn in places and too low to sit and eat. Floor unswept, tables not wiped and cleaned properly between meals. Place seemed a bit dirty. Even though busy, fresh decor and furnishing is much needed.

What's the point of owning a cafe if you dont know how to make coffee or eggs! We came as a group of 10 and each single coffee tasted horrible. I can surely say it was the worst coffee I have ever tried. We though the milk might be off but we are not sure. We asked the waiter and he said its just organic milk :/ all of our poached eggs were fully cooked ! It was more like a boiled egg than a poached egg

Every new business deserves an opportunity to make a first impression. The question is at what point should it be expected that the the service should match the quality of the menu, which is excellent? At the moment, there is a lack of both social intelligence and professionalism on account of staff not understanding their role. They either learn the meaning of hospitality quickly, of the business loses more customers.

When I used to live in chartwell, I felt like Jam was our lil secret. Tried quite a bit of different things from Jam - breakfast and lunch, cabinet too. Food is always good, the quality seems to be up to standard, although menu food seems to be more fresh than cabinet (may just be me). Their hot drinks have always been great, service is friendly, and the vibes are always cozy and calming :-) prices are typical local cafes, depending what you get I guess!

Hubby & I walked in & was greeted with a smile by friendly waiting staff. It was a sunny morning, & decided to sit outside. Decor inside cafe very nice, & outside there were enough tables & seating. We sat in a lovely spot :) Menu looked delicious! So many options. Hubby ordered smashed avo, peas, tomatoes & red onions on 7 grain toast. I ordered the creamy mushrooms, spinach, asparagus on 7 grain toast! YUMMY!! The Americano & green tea was divine. Thank you Jam Cafe for the awesome service & delicious food! Will definitely be back! 🤗👌🏽

SO fantastic!!! Came here with my sister, brother-in-law and niece when I was visiting for the weekend - we had such a lovely breakfast! Delicious food, no complaints at all; one of the best breakfasts I've had in a LONG time. Coffee was made well, we all had two each (niece included, but she had fluffies). The staff were so attentive and lovely, 11/10 service. Enjoyed the location too! New regular for sure when I come to visit my family. Thanks team 😊👌

Came here for a bite.... service was ok<br/>ordered:<br/>Our version of Green Eggs & Ham<br/>Not much on the plate really.. smashed eggs were cold and pea purée was barely luke warm and ciabatta wasn't really toasted more bread-like. Not that great. Coffee was nice though.

Had a quick breakfast here. Coffee was delicious as well as my avocado smash. Very filling. It was a lovely day however all the outdoor tables were already taken meaning we say in the doorway which was unfortunate. But nothing to scoff at the food for 🍳

As I live in Queenwood, Jam is my local cafe and I regularily visit for a Hot Chocolate or the occasional bite to eat. Jam has a very homely feel and the cabinet food there is fantastic!

I've had a couple of lunches here for meetings in the last couple of months and I would have to say it's a bit of a hidden gem in the bowels of Queenwood. Food was spot on good nuevo cabinet selection , good price point and a very nice flat white. I would not hesitate to visit again.

Went there for lunch with a $30 grabone voucher. We ate from the cabinet. The variety of food in the cabinet was great. Out of the ordinary stuff. Very yummy though. The coffee was top notch my compliments to the barista. Only downer was my pork sausage roll was cold on the inside.

Love the staff, always an excellent service. My Coffee was nicely done, the baristas here know what they are doing and it shows. My Eggs Bene was lovely (which is good because the amount of times I've had a bad eggs Bene in Hamilton is sadly paramount).<br/><br/>

For me going to a cafe is about the full experience, staff: good very friendly. Food: well-presented and tasty, with good selection of Menu and counter food. I usally get a breakfast with poached eggs always well cooked served quick n hot. The Coffee is good+. Setting: nice set up with different areas to sit either on the couch, large and intimate tables with plenty of outdoor seating.
