Consistently good food and coffee, I really do love this franchise. This branch at the Worley Place end of the Mall, is comfortable and offers the only sunny eating space in the mall, with outside views of the council terrace.

Such a sweetheart working here, it’s lovely every time I visit. I don’t know her name but she there every time I come. Food and drinks are good too but I love her vibe and friendliness that I just don’t see anywhere else

I am now in Sierra cafe in centre place my sister is having a coffee. She says it is good it looks well made. I am having sparkling water Phoenix brand which is yummy. But I am also having a raw energy ball which has no cacao in it which I like. This cafe is more suited for consideration of comfort the chair is very comfortable as I have hip issues. Staff are pleasant and worth a visit

Best Ice Chocolates in Hamilton! I don’t drink coffee or tea so I love having a nice chocolate drink when going out for lunch. I’ve tried ice chocolates at many other cafes in Hamilton and these guys are the best! The food is always wonderful, Hubby is always happy with his meals. And very friendly staff :)

I don’t come here that often but today was one of the better visits. Came with two colleagues as one of them is leaving NZ and we wanted to treat her. The lady who served us was friendly and so was the nice Chinese girl making the coffees

The foods are overpriced considering the portion size and taste average. The presentation is also not appealing enough. Coffee is ok though.

We arrived and were served straight away which was good, the lady who served us did advise there was a bit of a wait. we sat at 10:30 and unfortunately waited nearly an hour. There were 5 of us and our food came at different times and with a half hour wait between 3 plates. So by the time we all got our food 2 of our plates were cold. So that was disappointing. Also as no one came to check up on let us know what was happening. Food came out and was good but not worth it in the end. Most likely wouldn't recommend it go back. For a full cafe and with what looked like only one cook it could be something to think about.

Lovely food and coffee, quick service and the ambience is great too. I was a bit disappointed by the staff though. I stood at the counter for probably 30 seconds while the server chatted to a friend (who hadn't ordered anything) before I was served.

Came here one Friday on my day off, wasn't exactly greeted right away. Would help if those who were still deciding would move out of the way.<br/>Got a hot chocolate and the brioche french toast, drink came first and that tasted pretty good; then the food came out and that was alright, but would have something else if I were to come back.<br/><br/>Maybe have some reading material around while people are waiting on food and beverages, even the local paper would be appropriate.

Had a hot cho from here, the customer service was okay, they were nice but not entirely enthusiastic, but it was okay. The hot choco itself was pretty good, not the best but it was descent ☺️

On first impressions it's a bright modern cafe with a nice atmosphere. The staff seemed friendly enough but a little disinterested. My coffee was a little milky for my taste but the milk texture we good. The cabinet food didn't really appeal as it appeared mass produced today I've previously had a smoked salmon dish here that was very nice but today the options where very limited admittedly it was later in the day so I won't be too hard on them and will give them another go.
