Review Snowtown - Hamilton

Best shop for bubble tea in the town. Lovely ambiance, really good customer service staff, wonderful staff 👌👌👌. Simply amazing. Must visit, highly recommend..!!

I bingsu was good but i dont recommend the peach flavour because they used can peaches which is not similar to what i thought.

Enjoyed ice cream for the first time during winter and was worth it. A good portion for the regular size.

Enjoyed a grapenade bubble tea with popping bubbles. It was a warm day so something fresh, light, sweet. The service was a little slow, there was at least a 15 minute wait with only one person on, who was juggling the store orders plus the online. They have indoor seating, though some of the seats in the dining space are too low also. I liked the black board walls and that kids could create chalk art. They also sell the snow desserts also.

Nice vibey little dessert bar for something a bit different. Was anticipating a pile of ice-cream but most of it is shaved ice with ice cream on top and other garnishes which made made it far lighter and palatable. I ordered the caramel coffee and it was super tasty with plenty of garnishes. I tried both the others, the cheesecake one felt as though it needed cheesecake surrounds with biscuit garnish rather than small cheesecake pieces. The matcha was a bit different but nice too! Other recommendations: the regular size is totally enough for one, you'd probably share a large. Definitely drizzle all the milk over even though it may seem odd. Helps dissolve some of the shaved ice and you're left with a creamy left-over

Nice cute shaved ice place that is open quite late, received our dish on a cute little tray! Good price for two on a regular size bowl and it wasnt too busy too!

Hands down the best place to go for a yummy drink in Hamilton. My all time faves are the grape ade and green apple ade.

I always get the chocolate mint bowl, small is plenty for 1/2 people depending on appetite. The servings are very generous

Fantastic choice of bubble tea's 🧋, deserts, fruit tea's. Delicious. Value for money, very friendly staff, nice clean premises. Enjoyed the experience and will be back.

Amazing little spot in the middle of town. It's so nice and cosy, and the atmosphere is even better to be able to just sit back and enjoy your dessert and your bubble tea. The staff are so nice and welcoming we will definitely be back again! 10/10

Best place for relaxation or hanging out with friends/family. The food is amazing specially the snow rice collection. The staff are friendly and professional as well as making sure they are serving the best or nothing. The place looks modern and well decorated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Not bad. Dessert was a nice portion. Rock melon milk tea was quite sweet though was only 30% sugar. Not the best, but I still think its good considering there are not many of these places in Hamilton.

I love the shaved ice dessert. Shaved ice was perfect in texture. I love the flavor I ordered which was Mango Cheesecake. Perfect blend of flavors and very generous serving of ingredients. There was no toilet though. Which doesn't make sense cos they mainly serve drinks there too like bubble tea.

We love love the people that ow ad run snowtown. Often my daughter and I will be treated amazingly and they remember ow favourite drink choices. We had a new staff member serve us this time ⌚ and he was fast and affective and good. Just missed the friendliness and great approach of the owners We normally are served by.

Enjoyed the mango cheesecake and also tried their cheesecake foam milk tea which we loved. The place was cool and clean and very friendly staff.

Great dessert and friendly staff. Could be on a pricey side but enjoyed all the flavours we had. We tried the Milk Red Bean, Mango Cheesecake, Classic Best and Matcha and they were all refreshingly good. Excellent for summer.

Not bad. Had rock melon milk tea with coconut jelly. More towards the sweet side though i ordered 30% sugar. Pretty alright quality. My friend ordered the mango snow ice which was an absolute delight.

Delicious dessert n milk teas . The place looks nice and clean. Had the strawberry cheesecake n the taro milk tea. Will definitely come back Especially in summer!

Staff/cashier was cool as he explained the size and everything pretty well, he was a good lad.<br/>The guy who made our dessert and served it wasn’t. <br/>His hands were dirty, had condensed milk all over it who knows where that’s been - he didn’t have an apron on. <br/><br/>2. Size, they showed me the size for the small one so I ordered the large one which was pretty pricey. <br/>The large one was smaller than the small ones in Auckland. <br/>The top part was all whipped cream, not even icecream. <br/>They literally used 3 strawberries in the “strawberry feast” menu. They were sliced extremely thin it was almost thin enough to give me paper cut.<br/>I should hire the guy who sliced these strawberries because they were so thin and my cafe needs kitchen hand. <br/><br/>3. Taste, they gave us condensed milk on side, which was good but why so much whipped cream. <br/>Their strawberry drizzle was literally for milkshakes, tasted kinda like cough syrup. <br/><br/>I hate writing bad reviews, and whenever I do I usually return to the place to see if they have made any changes.<br/>However, I’m only going to go for the milkteas their shaved milk desserts are way over priced.
