Visited this burger fuel while visiting family and the man who served us was very friendly and efficient, asked whether the gf burger was for taste or allergy then it was made separate, (even though it was busy) I didn't react to this burger. It seems very popular.

NZ original gourmet burger: this slogan describes well this food chain. Burgers are delicious, well prepared and seasoned. The store was clean and in decent conditions. Staff courteous and fast. Great mandatory pitstop for a hunger soul.

Burgers were amazing!! Service was great. Only negative was a rodent who ran past our table and under the drinks fridge! Staff were onto it right away with a trap quickly moved to that area. Felt comfortable enough to continue eating our burgers as all was in hand 😂. We all have them in our own homes at some time or another, so nothing they could have done to prevent it there.

We were quite hungry so we stopped off at BurgerFuel. I went with a Kids Cheese Burger which include the following; A cheese burger that was fresh, chips with salt and water with pineapple flavour which tasted like a Pineapple Lump. The setting was nice and tidy.

Great burgers! I haven't had such a tasty burger in a really long time! Glad my dad told me to try their burgers. And I love the cardboard thingy they give you to hold the burger preventing it from messing everywhere. Should have a warning sign "burgers are addictive"

If I could give a lower rating I would. Ordered online arrived a few minutes late and still had to wait another 15 minutes. Got in the car drove home 20 minutes away and arrived to find half my order missing. Rang up explained the situation they refused to remake my order. I asked a friend to pick it up for me and the manager was very rude to them trying to blame my friend. My friend dropped off the rest of my order with one burger and chips now cold. Checked the burger before eating and they did not remove and add what I selected on both burgers. Mango was extremely small. Ruined date night. Will not be going here again extremely bad customer service and a rip off as I did not get what I paid for.

Burgerfuel to me is way overpriced for such a small burger,the burgers taste average,they give you a small pot of aioli to go with the chips,Ill aways choose other burger franchises over burgerfuel

I've been there a few times now hoping they will redeem themselves but each time I go, I come away being even more disappointed. The food is less than average, when you pay top dollar for something you expect it to be a lot more than just "average". I've seen many staff members prepare food without gloves, which is very very unprofessional and not to mention extremely unhygienic. It's safe to say just eat at home folks, a lot more value for money.

Burger Fuel easily has the most flavoursome range of all popular fast food restaurants. I have tried the majority of burgers on the menu and all are unique and delicious. Remember to get aioli with your fries!

Been twice both times was very dissappointed. Â You pay top dollar for their burgers but they really under deliver. I had a Bio burger the meat pattie was very dry and under seasoned. I took it back and talked to the manager. He was totally disinterested in what I had to say and I felt fobbed off. He didnt offer to refund me or offer another burger. I appreciate that they want a young clientele hence the young staff. But not much customer care maybe due to lack of life skills. I had spud fries another night and and by the time I got home they were cold andf there was not many in the packet. Next time I went I mentioned it. Again not much response. Very disappointed and i will not go back again.

I love Burgerfuel and I love the service at this store - will always choose this store over the town one given a choice :) Food is always fresh and they always give you an expected waiting time for your food. Plenty of parking out the back too which is always a bonus
